A look back at the day we made it official 😂🫶

HYBRID started as one girl’s idea, supported by many incredible souls. A vision to create something beyond just another movement studio: a home to embody movement.

A space where students are truly seen, where we take the time to get to know the people who walk through our doors, understand their bodies and goals, and discover what they truly need.

Because movement shouldn’t be about fitting everyone into the same box. What works for one body might not be what another needs or benefits from.

What began as one idea has become a community, and seeing people come together to practice, connect and support one another is the most rewarding part of it all.

So much gratitude to everyone who has been part of this journey: our wonderful @the.yoga.doll @_sevdebuyukdogan, @best_ever_ae our lovely receptionist Anne and every single one of you who supported us with your presence, messages, ideas and feedbacks 🙏🏻 it means more than you think.
@eatsnackstudio.ae 💙 for supporting our special day

One girl’s idea. Many different souls. Many different bodies. One HYBRID community. 🤍

21 women, countless conversations, a room full of little readers-in-the-making, and one very wholesome morning. 🤍📚

Our September Book of the Month - Strangers by Belle Burden - meetup was everything we love about The 100 Page Club.

We talked about identity, relationships, finances, the different versions of ourselves and so much more - and somehow a book discussion always turns into conversations about real life.

Thanks @wearesandersons for providing us the lovely space!

And of course, we had our creative side covered too 🎨
✨ Painted our own identity-inspired jute totes
☕ Coffee + breakfast treats
🎁 The loveliest goodies from our local partners @eatsnackstudio.ae @doughandco.dubai @unitea_me @eatcravers.ae @pureharvestsmartfarms
👶 And LOTS of babies and kids making the morning even more wholesome

21 women in one room, with their books, babies, kids, coffee, paint-covered hands and very different perspectives - this is exactly the kind of community we wanted to build.

Already looking forward to the next one.

A big thank you to @eatsnackstudio.ae for joining us at the DFC Movement 30 August Run.

Your support helped add more value to the community from the morning movement experience to the post-run moments that brought everyone together.

This run was built around connection, energy, and giving back to Dubai’s fitness community, and we’re glad to have had partners who share the same vision.

Thank you for being part of the movement.

More community moments coming soon.
