Remember “nom nom nom?” We smartly & collectively retired the overused expression, BUT flipping through Afia’s scrummy book of vegan Ghanaian recipes, “nom”flashed into my head like a hungry kid with a limited vocabulary, staring at a birthday party buffet. Would you prefer “ravishing?” Happy to oblige. Spice mixes, drinks, snacks galore, mains & sides — all looking quite fetch here. And it’s back in stock, after our first stack quickly ran out.

spend the day with a regular person doing regular person activities like prepping spice blends and making tofu egg stew from @eatwithafia , cleaning the floors and kitchen and doing laundry, watching movies, making a huge batch of koshary (which is inauthentic but delicious), and finishing off the night with a @breakfreecandy cosmic brownie and some knitting 🧶
