So much of how expansive or contracted we feel relates directly how connected we are to our heart.

When we create the space to connect with our wisdom within,

We can begin to give voice to what truly wants to be seen or witnessed.

This connection is cultivated with practice and takes time,

So be tender with yourself...

But trust that you will find your way through.

Want to deepen your connection to the power that resides inside your heart?

💛 Join us Thursday for a powerful Sonic Journey home to your Heart ~ through Breath, Music, Meditation. Deets in BIO ~ in partnership with the divine @srvj + hosted by @peaceinsidelive with heart sister @shiralazar

And in this moment- to plug you in simply…

✨ Place your hands over your heart, and breathe for a few minutes into your heartspace & notice how even just this small, simple practice strengthens your connection within.

Speak and share your truth❤️ all of your beautiful soul is amazing, no need to try and change it. That’s what I figured out this weekend at @letemple_sanctuaire with all of my beautiful soul sisters. Be all of your amazing self. Be everything you are without apologies. Here is my message to myself and to all of you who might need to hear it right now :
Shine and jump in
✨shine beautiful soul as it is your birth right. Shine and dance and sing and paint and follow your heart as it is the center of your eternal flame and eternal light ✨❤️

Your Tenderness Sets the Tone.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Have you been finding yourself feeling restless or unsettled? Are you moving at an unusually speedy or seemingly lethargic pace?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you've been scrambling or frenetic in your way or feeling stalled and unable to move or function,
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There’s an invitation for tenderness to be welcomed in, softened into... and brought through.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Those are all big tonal clues that your heart is:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1) completely being disregarded or
2) denied it's felt experience
3) likely both
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
instead...
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What would it look like if you were to allow yourself to ease in, breathe and feel what you’re experiencing?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Such a huge aspect of tenderness is your willingness to feel.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Want to dive deeper?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💛 Come explore with the textures of TENDERNESS with us in our newly dropped pod episode "Tenderness is the Way Forward" 🎧
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨ & Share the show with loved ones and those who need some tenderness today.
