Beyond proud of our all-women athlete team who made it to their first Thailand Throwdown in Chiang Mai 🙌

@akydus @jadechan____ @eazyena

Both Julia & Jade competed in their very first crossfit competition in the Novice category, while Eva is a returning athlete in the Intermediate category 💪💪💪

Apart from these athletes, they also had awesome supporters who traveled from Da Nang to Chiang Mai for them, and supporters from the Lotus gym cheering them on 🥳🙌

We were so so proud to see them on the floor, and we can't wait to see more Lotus athletes out there 👀

Our members tell us how they are feeling for the Open 2026!

The CrossFit Open is a worldwide competition, held across 3 weeks, made for all levels. Lotus will host it on 3 Saturdays: 28 Feb, 7 Mar & 14 Mar from 2pm to 5pm.

First timers, long-timers, and everyone in between — we’re doing this together.

Even if you're not participating, we highly recommend you to come and cheer on our athletes! 🥳🏋‍♀️

See you there! 💪
