Xavier serves part time as a Youth Basketball Programs Associate for the Oklahoma City Thunder. His passion for youth basketball is what drives him to be a positive role model within the community.

"Everyday I have an opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life through this game. It's a dream come true to give this game back to the next generation and to do it while working for the Thunder only makes it that much better!"

Although Xaiver spends most of his time working in the community with the Thunder, coaching for Team Griffin Academy, coaching Middle School baseball at Heritage Hall & privately training his clients as a Professional Skills Coach, getting to where he is in his career hasn’t always been easy. Fighting homelessness & overcoming adversity is just the start of how far he has come to achieve his goals.

He has earned 3 consecutive National Championships for Randall University in Moore, Oklahoma and earned multiple All-American honors during his time there.
