Without Barnabas, we may never have heard of Paul or Mark. And without Paul and Mark, our New Testament would be half its size.
Nowadays, everyone wants to be a Paul. But if we had more like Barnabas, we would also
have more like Paul and Mark.

Great people build people. Great people make others great
Let's invest on people. Let's disciple people together.
Do sow faithfully.

"Church is the capital of Gods Kingdom.
And it is through the church that the manifold wisdom of God unfolds"
And we learnt this service to make it our mission to
1.Love neighbours:
We love neighbours because people matter to God.
To love neighbours is a difficult task to do and all of us at some point stumble.
But God asks us to love people not through our own love but through his love.
2.To make Disciples
We make disciples because the Bible tells us so.
And Discipleship is not just to know what the Bible says but to do what is says.
We need discipleship to discipline our people to GROW in their spiritual lives.
And the best way to discipline someone is to make them disciple someone.
3.To plant churches.
We plant Life groups everywhere we go.
Don't Join the church,
Join what God is doing through the church

I was hurt by my very own folks.
I thought I was over it, but apparently I wasn’t. I didn’t want to share it with any of the guys in the Life group thinking I’d be able to bear this alone all by myself.
Down the lane,
I lost focus in my life, my mind came up with some extreme questions.
I stopped doing my QT regularly.
I thought I lost my purpose and direction in life. I was down both in my mind and spirit. And when I needed something to get motivated again, I saw the people in the church on fire.
They inspired me by doing their QT regularly and discussing on the versus they stumbled upon on each day.
Strengthening and encouraging each other.
This Made me realise I don’t have to go through things alone.
That i have people who can encourage and help me.
And that I have a purpose.
That very night,
I brought things to GOD and i slept peacefully like a baby.
The very next day,
I was reminded by GOD of the sacrifice that GOD did for my sake.
All of the sudden the gospel stuck me.
GOD was willing to give up HIS SON in replacement for me.
HIS SON, FOR ME!!!
And i was so blessed to have the people at my church inspire me by their actions.

A calling from God isn’t just for some “special” believers who have a full-time ministry vocation. Every Christian has God’s calling on their life. The Greek word for calling is
klésis (klay’-sis). It means a divine calling, or an invitation. Essentially, we were called
and rescued from “team darkness” and invited to join “team light”. And as followers of
Christ, we are to live worthy of this holy invitation. Our new jersey came at the highest price. What kind of transferred teammate will you be? We want to live worthy of our
new calling for our new Coach; the One who gave Himself for us.
So how do we do that? Every Christian is called to follow and become like Christ.
Therefore, we should ask ourselves, “How do I become Christlike”? Is the fruit of the Spirit (see Galatians 5:22) something that will simply happen to me when I pray, read the Bible, or go to church? Perhaps we may seem to think so – and end up discouraged by the failure
to see spiritual growth.
Here’s what we must remember: The journey towards Christlikeness is not meant to be by our own effort. Thankfully, the Holy Spirit dwells in us and will supply us His power, but we
must actively choose to follow Him. We choose to walk in His love. We choose His joy over despair, His peace over our fears, His faithfulness over the easy way out. Ultimately, if we have any blessed, fruitful results, it’s only because we are in a dependent relationship with God. This divine, loving connection is where we rely on and fix our hearts’ affection on our beautiful God. Love and all its stunning fruit is the outcome of this holy relationship. As a Christian writer puts it this way, “We do what we do because of who or what we love. Love decides.” #chennai #tamilnadu #post #instadaily

The beauty of God's church does not lie in its stylish interior, engaging programmes or state-of-the-art technology. The church is beautiful because God has chosen it for a grand and cosmic purpose.
Ephisians 3:10-13

1) God's Church Is Beautiful To Him (v10 -12)
Out of all His creation, God has chosen the church as the main instrument to express His manifold wisdom. Why do you think this is so? How do you feel, knowing that the cosmic powers are watching how God demonstrates His manifold wisdom through the church? Now that you realise the cosmic significance of the church's existence, how does it change the way you view the church?
2) God's Church Is Important To Us (v13)
Paul was so touched by the Gospel that he was willing to give his all to build God's church. What are some ways you can build God's church today? What are some needs you see in the church and your LG that you can help to address and meet? What can the LG do to cultivate a culture where serving God, whether in big or small ways, is deemed a joyful privilege?
