Another awesome PB + J Day in the books! A few of us absolutely crushed our Personal Bests, a few of us quickly realized just how humid it was and decided that any movement was an accomplishment, and a few of us did some push-ups, but mostly just took pictures. 😂

And somehow, we never even got rained on! No thunder, no lightning, just pure positive energy to carry us through the rest of the week.

So proud of all y’all for getting out there on such a gloomy, dark, humid morning. Hopefully, the all-Dolly playlist helped keep your spirits high as we celebrated and remembered one of the most universally loved people on the planet. 💖

And of course, we wrapped up another PB + J Day the right way with some Java at Tipico! ☕️

See y’all next Wednesday for our annual Buffalo Bills-themed workout! 🏈💙❤️

Our 4th year biking across the Peace Bridge for a farmer's market and a beach day!

This wouldn't be possible without everyone from @novemberprojectbuffalo coming together to make it work! Great turnout! 36 people! We startled the border patrol agents!

We'll definitely try to do a fifth one next year!

🎵 We were the very best

Like no one ever was

We caught ourselves in a rainstorm…

But we are weatherproof! 🎵

We caught ’em all this morning—including a surprise rainstorm! 🌧️⚡️

Huge shoutout to Chris and Simon… I mean, Ash and Pikachu 😜, for leading such an awesome workout and keeping us moving through it all! 💪🔥

Gotta catch ’em all! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Today's PB&J Workout doubled up as our annual Yearbook Photo Shoot for the @novemberproject network (But with a SUMMERween twist) Big thanks to Leanne for waking up early and shooting photos of us! In addition to portraits, she supplemented today's carousel of photos taken by Simon and Mike 's GOOGLE PIXEL 8 PROs (I am sure you can tell which is a smart phone and which is a DSLR camera)! Congratulations to Johanna for earning this month's POSITIVITY AWARD and Judy for earning this

Our portrait photos are getting posted Aug. 12, along with every chapter's Yearbook photos!

We took care of business this morning with MORE POWER! In the immortal words of Tim "The Tool Man" Taylor, "Aarrrghuh!"

What an awesome and creative workout from Eben and Mike this morning. We tackled some home improvement projects, hired some professional help, and cleaned up after we finished making a mess at Hoyt Lake.

See y’all next week for our PB + J Day! Also, remember we’re doing yearbook photos. This year’s theme is Summerween! You’ve heard of Christmas in July, so now we have Halloween in August. Stores are already putting out Halloween candy, so we might as well join in the fun.

If you don’t already have a costume for Halloween (and who would at this point?), just wear an old one! I mean, that’s what Mike and Simon are doing. Be sure to spread the word!

🎵 Camp November Project, we hold you in our hearts! And when we think about you... I hope we never part! 🎵

If you remember those lyrics, congratulations—you've officially earned your 90s kid badge.

What an awesome way to start the day with cool summer air, clear skies, and no smoky Canadian "Instagram filter" in sight. Camp counselors Simon and Rose led us through what felt like an entire week's worth of summer camp activities... all in just 40 minutes!

It's probably for the best that Mike wasn't involved. Otherwise, things would've turned into Wet Hot American Summer, and somehow we'd have wrapped up the workout with a talking can of beans. Instead, this camp was more like the beginning of The Parent Trap—minus the British Lindsay Lohan(How did her family find out about a summer camp in Maine anyways?).

By now you've probably realized that Mike has never actually been to summer camp and has based his entire understanding of it on TV shows and movies.

We hope you enjoyed your little slice of camp life this morning, and don't worry—there's plenty more summer fun still to come!

Well, we did it! Unlike the movie Napoleon Dynamite, the time machine worked and brought us back to 2004... or whatever year Napoleon Dynamite actually takes place. I mean, I've never been able to figure it out. Sure, Kip spends all day chatting online with babes, so maybe 2004 is right. But the whole movie has an '80s vibe to it. Then Summer dances to the Backstreet Boys' "Larger Than Life" to try to convince the school to vote for her for class president, so maybe it's the late '90s? Maybe that's what makes the movie so timeless—you can't quite place what era it's set in. Kind of like Taylor Swift.

Anyways, great job today, everyone! We bowed to our sensei, took some glam shots, threw a football a quarter mile over them mountains(and into Hoyt Lake), and got some sweet jumps! We appreciate all of you diving headfirst into this crazy workout and laughing along with us.

Well, this Oops! All Burpees workout turned into Oops! All Wet pretty quickly this morning. Luckily, once we pivoted back to the AKG stairs and bounced the remainder of the rain away, it all worked out.

Proud of this crew for not only showing up today, but also getting out of their cars when the torrential downpour started a little before our 6:10 a.m. start time. #Weatherproof

Next week is our Pride workout, so we’ll be sending out reminders to wear your NP Pride-tagged shirts!

We felt the wrath of our lost bet with November Project Montréal this morning! Last week, the Montreal Canadiens knocked the Buffalo Sabres out of Stanley Cup Bracket of Game 7 and as a result, we were asked to do 7 minutes of burpees. (We also did a whole circuit workout themed around Montreal)

There's only a few songs that run 7-minutes deep, so we quite fittingly played Celine Dion's "It's All Coming Back to Me Now," while our team completed the burpees burnout.

Thank you for everyone who joined us in the brutal punishment!
