POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
I’ve been a devout subscriber to hustle culture since I started my business 13 years ago.

And to be fair, it has brought me a lot of the things I once wanted. But it’s also cost me a lot. Many sacrifices made, multiple burnouts, relationships lost and so much stress to the point, where I’ve had to ask myself what I’m actually chasing.

I came into this year the same way I’ve approached most years: headfirst, full throttle, all grit, no brakes. Expecting to start 2026 like a fucking rocket, instead I ended up on my face.

This year has taught me that I don’t need to do more. I need to slow down. Take on less. Be more intentional. Live a little more in the present, instead of constantly reaching for the next thing.

To have people around me who are helping me see that, and helping me actually live it, I’m beyond grateful.

Learning to listen to my nervous system. To pay attention to what I really want. To make more honest steps towards a life that actually feels good, not just one that would be regarded as successful from outsiders. And to do shit that can actually help people and in turn help ourselves.

Otherwise whats the fucking point. Because just in case you forgot, we only get one shot at this.

Things that have been making me happy:
- writing music
- creating community with @studiokilla.co shoutout to @pophangsyd
- Road trips
- Watching/making art
- Teaching photography
- Moving my body
- Improving my space and environment
- Finding all these answers within through journaling
