It’s been awhile since I’ve worked on my stretching and high kicks but I was happy to find out I still have them, kicking was always a passion of mine. I can spend hours throwing thousands of kicks to get better but that’s ok, because remember…

“Working hard for something we don’t care about is called stress; working hard for something we love is called passion.”

Don’t just do what you love, live what you love.

Everyone seems to be searching for a miracle these days but isn’t it odd that we seem to forget that we are living miracles?

Scientifically you came from one sperm out of roughly 200–300 million in a single release, meeting one of about 400 eggs a woman ovulates in her lifetime.

Emotionally each person is unrepeatable. No one else will ever have your exact mix of memories, humor, fears and ways of seeing things. We can love, forgive and create art, and we have the ability to choose kindness when nothing forces us to. We are resilient, we keep going no matter how many times we get kicked to the ground and get beaten up and we rebuild after things fall apart.

Put together, you have the ability to design your life, resilient enough to get stronger no matted how many times you’ve been beaten, artistic enough to create art and beauty, and rare enough to deserve what the #dailyreminder world will bring to you. ❤️💪🏽

Flex Friday reminder: don’t let anyone belittle you or make you forget who you are. You fought hard to become this person. Stand up for yourself, and keep being the BADASS you are. 💪🏽
I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted! We’ve been so busy at the agency, with over 100 Icon actors working a national commercial this week, and that’s just one project of many.
🎬
The world can get to all of us sometimes, so consider this your reminder. Keep being amazing. ❤️💙

Protecting My Time: Cool down. Reset. This is my time — no phones, no meetings, no putting out fires or solving issues, just focusing on me and my peace. Being a CEO means the world always wants a piece of you, so I protect this hour like it’s non-negotiable. Discipline isn’t just built in the boardroom, it’s built here too. You do you. The world can wait. 🥋💼 #CEOlife #Discipline #TalentAgency #MindsetMatters #WomenInBusiness

I love practicing different styles of fighting to train for oncamera stunts. I didn’t feel the need for background music. Execution of the kicks and punches is music itself. Thank you to my trainer for taking all my hits with or without the Muay Thai pads 😬🎬
