Hello everyone 🐢

As the IUPSAint family, we organized our “Mental Health Awareness Day” event on May 9th, 2026 at GÖZDER in order to raise awareness for Mental Health Awareness Month, continuing a tradition we have carried on for previous years as well. ✨

Our program started at 12:00 with the opening session, followed by our first session with Clinical Psychologist Ege Ebrar Önür, where we discussed “Burnout and Mental Exhaustion.”

In our second session, Ceren Tütüniş delivered an EPSA Training titled “Ctrl+Alt+Reset: Switching to Power Mode.”

During our third session, yoga instructor Dilara Yavuz led the workshop “Mind & Body Harmony: Yoga Workshop,” where we relieved stress and activated our bodies together. 🧘‍♀️

We concluded the day with our final session, an IPSF Training conducted by Ece İrem Şirin on “Social Media, Anxiety, and Self-Perception.”

We would like to sincerely thank our valuable guests, participants, and sponsors @imuneksfarma , @orzaxturkiye , @morfose , as well as GÖZDER, for their contributions and support. 🙏🏻
