This fantastic mix of bubbles and sunshine comes courtesy of @samueldgauthier and is far less brooding in person than in photo. We love both energies here though. @holmescay supplies us with the strong stuff to hold it all together.

Pineapples Royale (rum, pineapple, sparkling wine, lavender, absinthe)

A new creamsicle fizz to leave you feeling as good as a fresh set of sheets in Cartagena.

*****
Spanish Laundromat (reposado tequila, Aperol, Licor 43, lemon, egg white, soda, bitters)

Special thanks to @ramuelgalarza for his everlasting creativity.

I take pictures because I genuinely love doing it. It’s not just my passion, it is my career. Being able to use the years of professional socializing behind the bar as an entry point paid off.
Photography is all I’ve ever wanted to do, and I’m grateful to be living that dream thanks to my continued time @thedeadrabbitny
I don’t feel the need to post constantly, but I believe in hard work and a creative expression. When the time is right, I share what I’ve been working on.

Here are some of my favorites from the past year!

Just a little photo dump from the past few weeks!

•I was fortunate enough to take photos of my closest friends @echokoral and @samueldgauthier with their incredible cosplay of Eve and Wall-e plus their cats.
• @thedeadrabbitny had some fun Halloween costumes thanks to @chillwithlong and @mariofirmani and as always put out some incredible food!
• @theirishexitpub with the best frozen Irish Coffee. So good it makes even us Jets fans happy.
• @lindensnyc just put up their yurts! I am looking forward to their winter dining experience.

I really can’t find the words to express how amazing the past 7+ months behind the blender @paradiselostnyc have been. This place is everything NYC has needed and truly has been a dream job for me. After going to one of the first PL pop ups, I knew I had to work here. I’m incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to work with some of the best ,hard working, passionate, hilarious, talented and handsome people I have ever worked with. Truly an honor. Tonight’s my last dance behind the blender. But this place will always be filled with family. Let’s bring it tonight. Mai Tai’s and Mayhem. As always no freaking poseurs!!! Joey Tsunami out. 🌊

Well, this Friday is my last day at @paradiselostnyc and I’d love to see everyone come through so I can make you do shots of @rumfireusa because I’m a monster.

There is some sick food hitting the menu next month, along with some great new cocktails, that I’m sure you’ll all love. Such as this absolutely boss Nashville Hot Jerk Chicken Sandwich with Tamarind Ranch. It’s fucking boss. So boss I’ve called it boss 4 times.

Anyway, @paradiselostnyc rules and so does the whole team. Soon you’ll be able to find me on the 101st floor slinging the best desserts in NYC again. Much love to the entire crew.

I can’t believe it’s already been a week since the @tales_of_the_cocktail nominations came out. So many emotions to process, so many people to thank— I remember waking up and scrolling through that morning to be left absolutely speechless.

I’m filled with gratitude and awe; amazed and thankful to be part of this amazing team @paradiselostnyc — for all the Barbacks who make each service seamless, the servers who consistently crush it on the floor, the backservers who truly lift us up, our killer creative kitchen team, the prep team heroes who we wouldn’t be able to execute this program without, the hosts with the most, the people I’m blessed to consider my peers behind the bar, as well as the management team for indulging me in that two hour interview and all the left turns it took.

And of course, thank you to each and every single guest who has come through our fuzzy door— whether we’ve met only once or at least once a week— this wouldn’t have been possible without you. Thank you for supporting us; we fire-spewing, chaos-loving creatures of The Abyss. I only got one more thing to say…

Let’s fucking go! 🤘🏽🔥👹🔥🤘🏽
