Why are we doing this?

September 4th is World Sexual Health Day and sadly there’s still a lot of stigma when talking about sexual health. Organizations like Aids Hilfe Wien are working every day to break these stigmas through education and awareness work and try to provide access to free STI testing and treatment to everybody, which a special focus on marginalized groups.
With the rise of right-wing governments all over the world – leading to huge cuts of money dedicated to stem the spread of HIV and AIDS - the global fight against HIV and AIDS is facing a critical twist. UNAIDS reports a decrease in HIV tests of 22% from 2024 to 2025 in countries with high HIV numbers, while the money for providing condoms in these regions decreased around 90%.
We are super thankful for all the artists who decided to support us in raising money for our local Aids Hilfe by being part of ACT UP and playing or performing for free.

Colored with acid, jungle, and trance, DJ Terror’s selections capture a wide spectrum of techno far beyond the minimal. Her sets are fiercely dedicated to the crowd, and she is not scared of stepping into a universe of pop-cultural or political references.
With more than ten years of experience commanding dance floors across Europe, and squeezing the danceable out of experimental and electronic music, her fast fast-paced sets avoid boring intros and favor the moment over the conceptual. A joyful guarantee to put smiles on raver’s faces from any techno-routed musical upbringing.

A Tunisian DJ with Palestinian roots, T4NIT draws on SWANA sounds, then shaped further by the underground club cultures of Budapest, Vienna and Warsaw. She moves between SWANA pop, disco, and driving electronica with groove elements. Her sets are fluid, club-focused, and built to keep bodies in motion through a journey of beauty and freedom.

🎧🕺🫶 Vienna Shorts: MUVI-Gewinner:innen 2013−2025

This is) Water – Soap&Skin, Regie: Ioan Gavriel & Anja Plaschg, AT 2018, 5 min

Jury: Inja Korac, Anita Brunnauer, Marlene Engel
