Decent effort?

Before this I did a Freeflow without any releases.

It felt unnatural and difficult for me. I can only stem the flow of releases for so long, and if I do, they all come rushing out of me like this.

Flower power 🌼 💪 part 2 feat. a dope-hemp-rope from @eco.lsd 🤝

Flowing with this thing felt so light & easy after swinging the heavy bola rope 😂

My Favorite Mic Release Drills!

These are the simple drills I used to make sense of the Mic Release with my rope. I’m no expert, but these simple moves helped me learn the spin and find the catch.

Shout out to Abbey Masner @abbeymasner for sharing her secrets and @eco.lsd for providing an amazing rope. (The fiber of the hemp and the coil pattern makes these more predictable, in my opinion)

Let me know if this helps!

GOOD FLOW New Hot Combo 🥵🔥🔥🔥🥵

Here we go with another slow motion clip.
The hot summer in Milan is melting me, but I have so much stuff to explore so I’m not giving up creating some fresh flows 🧊 🧊 🧊

This is one of my latest fav combination!
Reverse mic BTB catch
Cheetah Spin
Dragon hug 360 spin
Dragon hug Mic

I love this so much and I’m endlessly exploring spins and 360 to develop more and more original combinations.

Hope you enjoy and get on the 360 train 🌪️🌪️🌪️

Can’t stop won’t stop ❤️ 🌊🌊🌊

Sun, sand, and surf!

Feeling good with this morning’s flow. Trying to get a little looser and more fluid with the golf swings and underhand sneaks. (Thanks @joshlivesfit for the inspiration)

Also learned a new mic release from an overhand matador thanks to @fujimon.jump Basically a release from the armpit from the non-dominant hand. Feeling great to get it in one session with both right and left hands.

Then got the cheetah’s tail releases right and left back-to-back.

Of course, thanks to @eco.lsd for the sweet natural fiber rope!

Beach Flow! This morning was magical with the sun coming up as the waves were crashing. The @eco.lsd Summit hemp rope was the perfect tool for this morning session.

I got a few new patterns like the meteor hammer 360 and dialed in some mic releases with both hands.

Still working on getting my sneaks to be smoother and with less stiffness in my arms.

But this was a beautiful moment in time. So glad I got to do it.
