There is a quiet power in daily rituals.

Many small moments, added together over time, equals deeper connection with yourself.

Each small moment is an opportunity to pause and listen to your inner whispers. The silence is where you make space for your own wisdom (it’s in there, quietly waiting for you to tune-in!).

Light your candle. Take a moment.

Create steadiness from within YOU.

Big Love,
Allison

P.S. - We have begun our first month of our Phoenix Rising journey (with an incredible group of women!) and I’m honoured to witness their growth over the next 9 months 🤍 It feels like a fresh start. A new beginning.

Imagine stepping away for a weekend and settling into a beautiful heritage stone house in the countryside… 🍂✨

Join us November 27–29 at Stone Ridge Retreat in Holstein for Create & Connect — a cozy two-night retreat designed to bring you back to creativity, connection, play and yourself.

Think slow mornings, home-cooked seasonal meals, warm conversations, crisp fall air and plenty of space to simply be.

Over the weekend, we’ll gather for craft making, breathwork and intuitive guidance, plus a scent-mapping workshop where you’ll create your own personal essential-oil body scent to take home.

And when it’s time to unwind… sink into the warmth of the sauna, brave the cold plunge, curl up inside the stone house and enjoy the magic of being away from the everyday.

🍂 CREATE & CONNECT | A Two Night Autumn Retreat 🍂

November 27 to 29, 2026
📍 Stone Ridge Retreat, @stoneridgeretreat West Grey, Ontario
🤎 $888 per person, including your two night stay

A weekend to slow down, create with your hands, connect with your intuition and spend meaningful time with other women.

Create & Connect is a cozy two night retreat filled with creativity, connection and experiences designed to bring you back to yourself.

✨ Breathwork + Intuitive Guidance
Space to breathe, release, reflect and reconnect with what you’re ready to call into your life.

🌿 Scent Mapping + Personal Perfume
Intuitively choose from real, authentically graded essential oils and create a scent completely unique to you. Katrina @eco.refillary will then offer a reading based on the oils you chose, using her book and work with the energetic meaning of the oils, including a proposed name for your perfume.

🌾 The Botanical Intention Workshop
Create a beautiful wall hanging from dried medicinal herbs and flowers, intuitively chosen around something you want to invite into your life. Hang it somewhere meaningful at home as a reminder of that intention each time you pass beneath it.

And throughout the weekend, cozy drinks, beautiful meals, creativity, conversation, slow mornings, time to rest and a few surprises. 🤎

Two nights away to create, connect, breathe and listen to yourself again.

🍂 November 27 to 29
📍 Stone Ridge Retreat, West Grey
🤎 $888, two night stay included

Couldn’t let a Monday slip by without some motivation / memes.
.
I spent a lot of quality time with good friends last week and there is a bit of a theme this week. Funny how that always works out isn’t it?
