It’s such an honour to move people through our monthly Signature Day Retreat. Deeply moving and precious on many levels. Just a few reviews we received from our retreat last Saturday. We’ve been cooking up some new retreat offers and can’t wait to share them with you soon! To be able to do this work makes all the admin, managing and constant building and maintenance worth it ♥️

“Unreal experience (especially the breath work at the end) with great people — can’t speak highly enough of Sam and Jana 🙏🏼”

“I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you for such a wonderful day retreat. We had such a beautiful experience, and we’re so grateful we came.”

““Stop what you’re doing and book this retreat :)
Such a magical place, magical people - and really well structured and balanced - with a great overview of various practices.
The breathwork practice totally blew my mind and I am so excited to explore more. An inspiring day all round.”

“From the moment we arrived, we felt an immediate sense of calm. The whole space was so thoughtfully created, surrounded by nature, and the dome felt wonderfully warm, cosy and inviting. It was the perfect environment to switch off and fully immerse ourselves in the experience.”

“The gentle, relaxing yoga was lovely, followed by gathering around the fire to prepare for the cold immersion. I really appreciated how supported and reassured we felt throughout, particularly during the cold immersion. And the sauna rituals were just incredible, such a beautiful, immersive sensory experience.”

“What really stood out was how genuine, warm and welcoming you both were. You created such a safe, nurturing space where everyone could feel comfortable, supported and completely at ease. That really made the experience special.”

“We left feeling relaxed, refreshed and incredibly grateful for the whole experience.”

The first time I met Kathy was in my early days of motherhood, during lockdown, heart cracked wide open and shattered into tiny pieces all at the same time ready to be resembled into a new, stronger version. Mamas sang, babies cried, mamas cried with hearts smiling so big we could all feel it. We feel so honoured to have Kathy from @singing4wellbeing hold space at @soulsweats @ecopark.cornwall for our monthly Sauna & Song. She has a beautiful gift for creating the safest, most nurturing and powerful space — where you can soften, let go of self-consciousness, and allow your voice to be heard exactly as it wants to be.
Her singing workshop is a journey back to ourselves. A space to breathe, connect, release and experience the healing power of our own voice. 🤍
And then… we take that energy into the womb of our beautiful sauna.
Surrounded by the healing warmth of the heat, we’ll continue to sing, breathe and connect — allowing the combination of heat + voice + vibration to move through the body and create its own kind of magic.
You got to experience it for yourself.

Friday 9th October
6.45-9pm
£25
3 spaces remaining

Totalled it up and I was shocked!!

Can’t believe we’ve personally rescued that amount of material ourselves!! Like that’s pretty impressive if we say so ourselves ❤️😎

Couldn’t have done it without the help from our waste partners!!! Big up x
