My last international thespian festival. Although it was my first time competing I learned so much from the three years I did attend. The thespian society is bigger than just a “cult”(it’s not a cult). It’s a festival in which family is cultivated alongside love for theater. This festival has taught me so much about the art of acting and about myself. I learned what it was like to sympathize with one another and learned that pain is not a unique experience. As Shakespeare famously said, ”…to hold, as ’twere, the mirror up to nature: to show virtue her own feature, scorn her own image, and the very age and body of the time his form and pressure.” This quote holds weight and shows that it is important that theater lives so that humanity does not forget who they are.

I want to thank my amazing high school director who got me to a great college of fine arts @amdaofficial, Ms Julie Ryan. She is the best high school teacher anyone could ever have, and has done nothing but fan the flame of my passion for acting @jbnryan.

I am proudly representing troupe 6198 @cadrekerrtheatre wherever this crazy career decides to take me. I will never forget the family I have made during this trip and outside of it. I am proud to call myself an international honor thespian by honor of @thespiansociety and further more to be from @texasthespians.

The 81st National Congress is adjourned. Representative Nwabuko, from the Space City District in Texas, signing out...for now!

Nats26 was such a blessed experience and I'm grateful to God for all the new people I've met, speeches I've given, and achievements accomplished. Can't wait for next year!

After days of staying up late working on cases, being terrified Davis was going to hit another curb while driving, trying to read our teammates’ terrible handwriting in impromptu rounds, and judge screw ups,
KSD finally made our mark at TFA State.
LASER (Leah, Gerardo, Syed, Erica, and Preston) broke to semis in Worlds, Sean competed in Congress until semis, and Ephraim made quarters in IX.
