Metallic finish on hood and trim detail on sides of island... that little trim detail initially solved a design issue and integrated the brass details found thru out the kitchen...
and it looks so pretty! 😍

It may look simple, but a perimeter overflow pool is one of the most complex pools you can build!

Behind that perfectly level waterline is precise engineering: a carefully angled edge and a hidden channel that allow the water to flow beneath the gap.

The result? A clean, seamless finish and a gorgeous mirror-like reflection.

Complex to build. Beautiful to experience. Totally worth it!!

Seeing the work of so many talented designers in one place at the Kips Bay Decorator Show House was a powerful reminder that great design goes far beyond beautiful materials, finishes, and furnishings. It’s about the story a space tells and the feeling it creates.

Holly came away inspired by the possibilities of that approach and how it connects to her work through Curated.

Staging is storytelling, too—but it’s storytelling with a strategy. Every choice has a purpose: to bring out the home’s potential, create a sense of desire, and help a wide range of buyers imagine a life there.

We’re grateful to @kbshowhouse for an experience that offered so much inspiration and a fresh perspective on the power of thoughtful design.

Where extraordinary design meets exceptional craftsmanship.

Some projects are built to impress. Others are designed to redefine what’s possible. The Glass House is bringing both to life.

As we approach the final stages of this incredible project, every detail is coming together to create a truly one-of-a-kind outdoor experience.

At the heart of it all is a stunning 55’ x 20’ custom pool, featuring a perimeter overflow on three sides, a breathtaking infinity edge, and an expansive perimeter overflow spa.

Every element has been thoughtfully designed to bring together luxury, innovation, and the art of outdoor living.

We can’t wait to share the finished masterpiece with you!

Stay tuned!!

Giving " Story Telling Stages" a new meaning.

@ecs_homes developer created a versatile well designed room with views of nature, the pool, fire pits, with a viola calacatta inlay, and big windows. Absolute luxury...

I saw the perfect moment to stage "the coffee sun room.”
