POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

There were A LOT of workshops at Medicine festival. There was a lot of music and a lot of ceremonies.

There was so much magic!

There was tears but the thing that captured my heart the most was the laughter, the joy and the undeniable feeling that we are bringing this in.

Together!

Peace and joy is here. On earth. Right now. And we are all here to make sure we anchor it in!

Everyone that was in that transmission at the weekend at Medicine festival now take that light and pass it on. Knowingly or not. With intention or not.

For me sharing a camp with so many special women was so so healing, so much fun and alive in ways in didn't know were available for me.

The trees showed me to the camp the women had set with ease and it flowed ridiculously easily all weekend.

Some final conversations, some surprising interactions and surprising answers to prayers.

Still haven't caught up on the sleep front but I don't think life will be the same again after that!

In deep deep gratitude to Kate, Jodie, Emily, Gabby and Bel for the bestest camp ever! So many people I knew and so many more i didn't.

Love you all.

Let's bring this in. Lets make this normal.

Hope youre all landing back in well xxx

✨ Soooo.. here goes with the BIG shout-outs and appreciations for last week's very first Over the Dunes Festival from Amy, Jake and Lindsay

It's taken a week to land and find the words to express just how much love and gratitude we feel for everything that unfolded over the weekend.

Our deepest thanks to our incredible facilitators, musicians, DJs, therapists, creatives, traders and volunteers who poured their hearts into creating such a magical experience..

We couldn't have done it without every single one of you.

What a way to begin a very special festival journey.

What we saw and felt, in our hearts, our bellies, and all around us, was true community. A field held by the earth, the sea and the air.. all the elements surrounding us as everyone came together on the dancefloor in unity, connection and love.

We feel incredibly blessed to have such a big-hearted, dedicated and phenomenally capable team at the ready, and we still can't quite believe how many people placed their trust in us and joined us for what became one of the most heartwarming weekends we've ever experienced.

From the bottom of our hearts..

THANK YOU. Every single one of you.

This is a weekend we'll remember for a very, very long time, and the beginning of something soooo special.

With so much love,

Over the Dunes Festival

❤️🙏✨

Last night drumming circle at Little Haven Beach with ecstatic beings 🔥

Today out having fun with Gary. Proper mates just like the old work rest and play mars bar advert.🥢

I’ve been reflecting on how important it is for a man to play, laugh be silly move his body and remember joy. Play keeps us alive. It softens the edges. It reminds us we’re not just here to survive we’re here to live.

I heard a quote at the weekend.

“You don’t stop playing because you grow old; you grow old because you stop playing.” by George Bernard Shaw

Play isn’t just for kids. It’s what keeps the spirit young, the heart open and the man alive inside.

This Friday 12th June at 6pm we’re holding the next Primal Men’s Circle at a beautiful new secluded spot on South Shields beach.

We’ll work through the 4 archetypes share food and tea and take off our masks together. All men are welcome.

There’s always a space for you by the fire 🔥 we are calling on you to come and play out.

I have my one after next Mankind staffing planned. 😱 I’m off to MKP Croatia ❤️

I was there when Bruce went to his first ecstatic dance ❤️🩰🪩😂.

Cherry popped 🍒 and it was beautiful.

We’ve got a few more firsts coming in June — ST-1 training in Wales and we got staff places for the Mankind Project UK in Devon with 125 men 🔥

It was so good seeing all the familiar faces tonight. Real energy in the room.

Looking forward to drumming on the beach Bank Holiday Monday at South Shields. Come join us if you feel the pull ❤️✨

Last night we danced with Beltane fire.🔥We drummed 🥁, we sang🎤, the old wheel turned, new light poured in and the circle felt so alive.

Brothers and sisters shining bright, letting the fresh energy move through us, cracking us open in the best way.

Grateful for every soul who showed up, held space and let themselves be seen. You made it magic.

With the Scorpio Moon illuminating what needs to be released, last night felt like perfect timing. Old layers falling away. New light coming in.

Beltane reminds us that we don’t have to do this alone. The fire is ours to carry.

Let’s keep the fire burning together.🔥❤️🔥✨

I adore these little get togethers with @ecstatic.beings I can’t believe it’s been over four years since I first started coming to these gatherings on and off and so glad I’m back again, singing and drumming by the fire. Such a beautiful, sacred space that’s been created.
