We drum to remember the heart beat within. We drum and sing to unify our souls if only for a moment. We drum and sing to remember true togetherness, to set aside our differences and unify in song. We drum and sing to remember the beauty and power of collective expression, as the ancient people did. We listen, we respond, we learn again to be so full of care and yet so careless in our radical expressions. Join us as we destroy the fourth wall and rescue togetherness again.

Tomorrow Eve we dance. The body leads us back to the center, where we deepen our relationship with the moment, with each other, with the extremes of human reality, both subtle and with great care and also absolutely WILD and care free. Do you remember how to hold these polarities and allow your body to express and shine like a child again? Join us for a magical and soul nourishing night of communal radiance.

Join us in dancing with the LIMINAL PRAYER: a last reckoning with torturous transitory tumult... a beckoning to persevere through the uncertain limbo of unbecoming & becoming...calling in strength, faith, guidance, clarity, grace, & gratitude through the murky tunnel in which we struggle to see, struggle to understand, struggle to find our sense of direction & purpose. We have all faced difficulty coping in times of great change, confusing and complicated transitions where we are no longer who we were and not yet who we will become, where the way simply doesn't seem clear, we can't tell where it's all leading (if anywhere) and maybe even wonder why or whether we should even continue onward. These can be times of wordless wounded worry & grief for all that has yet to appear or falls away, mixed with desperate hope, disorienting excitement & manic joy as we catch glimpses of new vision, new feelings, new capacities and opportunities within ourselves and in our lives as new things begin to take shape and circumstances shift unpredictably... we can't even describe exactly what is taking form but we know deep in our bones SOMETHING profound must be happening, yet paradoxically in this phase we sometimes simultaneously feel a deep stagnancy, a "nothingness", a stillness, a static, a dullness, numbness, disenchantment, apathy, hopelessness, depression, lethargy, a lostness, a lacking....it may feel like nothing at all is happening at times, but this dance lovingly urges us TO NOT GET DISCOURAGED -- keep on, trust in the nonlinear repeating emergences of dawn, of life's plan, have faith in how worthy & important you are and that the way IS revealing itself to you always...even when Stillness Is The Move. May we trust & find nourishment in these periods of rest, reflection, & renovation. May worry turn into wonder, mourning into magic, may cynicism turn into celebration, inhibition into inspiration, may mistakes reveal their blessings, may upsets be the upheaval which allows Truth & Joy to prevail. If anyone out there feels confused & unsettled, we dance for You, for All, In Love🩶

Friday the 18 we gather once again to move and shake and vibrate with naked feet on the dance floor. Attentive eyes and hands and feet witness beauty unfolding! Moments of expression build us towards the One.
