Producers. At every stage, these guys fought to bring this film to life. To bring it to screens nationwide. And they fought for my vision. Had my back even when I said things like “I need to shoot a two-minute period sequence on film about a fake prince only tangentially connected to the plot.” They gave me the space to direct the movie while they dealt with things like wigs, archival footage, wigs, locations, and more wigs.

Every producer was a superstar and any filmmaker would be lucky to work with them. Special shout out to @ryanjameshawkins, who found the memoir, brought me on board, worked alongside me as my closest creative partner, and to whom I owe basically my whole career. He’s OK.

✨ When your childhood babysitter is an amazing photographer You're bound to end up with a billion.5 incredible photos from your wedding... Thanks to the help of some templates on Canva I got pretty creative with the collaging. This is my attempt to cram as many of these amazing photos in one post. There are many more and many other people took but these were what I narrowed it all down to.

💒 @windeckerwoods : We've gotten many questions about where our enchanting wedding was. The venue is a pick your own flower farm in the spring and summer along with a wedding venue. The staff are incredible and there's something so magical about the woods , we knew it was the place on our first visit.

Owning a house is something that we never thought would be possible, it’s such a wild feeling! @ed.hillier and I are so lucky to have such a great support system, and we’re excited to start making this property truly our own.

Been trying to do this post for days — stupid social media puts so much unnecessary pressure on me, but these posts are truly for me, they are my diary.

The other day I felt super down and didn’t think I accomplished anything this year (get out of you f**kin’ head) I DID A LOT!

Here are a collection of random moments throughout the year. I could try to caption each with context, but that will only hold me back from posting (because yes, I am in my head about this). So here they are, and if you’d like the stories I’m happy to share 😂

Thanks to the friends I have on here (and in life). It’s been a pretty darn good year, and next year will be better (because year of the horse… that’s me! And my lucky number is 6) 😎
