🤫 Word’s out … we’re not gatekeeping some of our favorite salads in KC. 👀 These at @caffetteriacafe are must-tries for your next girl lunch or dinner. Paired with fries and aioli, always. For girls who EAT✨

🥗 Rocket Salad: Arugula, shredded cabbage, avocado, dates, goat cheese, tortilla strips, sweet corn, hickory-smoked almonds and scallions with a honey champagne vinegarette. (@natalieinkc likes to add all-natural chicken for a boost of protein and deliciousness!)
🥗 Kale & Lemon Salad: Fresh kale, arugula, quinoa, Fennell, grated parmesan, radish, pumpkin seeds, toasted breadcrumbs, tossed with citrus herb vinaigrette. (@edamommydearest wisely adds grilled shrimp)

🍣 A 14-course sushi adventure at Kansas’ only omikase sushi experience ✨

Our meal at @kiyoshiomakase is a dining experience I’ll be telling people about for a long time! Try the 14-course omikase experience, with each bite intended to surprise and delight your senses. (hosted)

Kioshio Omakase is tucked away in @downtownop, and while it looks unassuming from the outside, the interior provides a warm, intimate counter dining experience for 8 people.

Premium fish is sourced from Japan’s Toyosu Market, and your tasting experience depends on the chef’s selection and market availability. (The evening we attended, the 14-course tasting was $98 per person.)

I hear @bwitter7 agrees it’s perfect for date night! @edamommydearest and I had a great time for a girls’ sushi night too! 10/10 recommend if you want a quality sushi experience that’s also entertaining!

If you have your eye on this experience, you’ll want to book out! Reservations are released on the 15th of the month.

‘Tis the holiday season! This time last year, likely while watching a holiday movie, I had the inspiration to make a wreath! It was one of the first designs I started doing that pivoted me away from bookmarks.
