We are bringing you a rich and aromatic show this weekend as @ainsleyfoods celebrates the flavours of South Asia. The fabulous @thedonnapreston is in the kitchen cooking up vegetarian Spiced Paneer Skewers with Mango Salad. Also on the menu we’ve got Vada Pav, a speciality from Mumbai & an impressive Sri Lankan Prawn Curry served with Coconut Sambol and Rice which you won’t want to miss! @lisa_snowdon meets @mrbombayuk at @oldspitalfieldsmarket and finds out all about the tasty treats they serve up, we wish you could smell their food, Lisa loves all that they are doing and goes on to share with you her own delicious Lamb Coconut Curry.

It’s vibrant, it’s colourful, it’s tasty and it’s being served at 11.30am tomorrow morning on @itv.

This weekend @ainsleyfoods is going to be lighting up your screens on Sunday (note Sunday!) morning and bringing a fiesta of flavours with his Mexican dishes! He is joined by Jayne Middlemiss who loves to cook, she shares her memories of being in the kitchen and makes her Cheesy Quesadilas whilst sharing her theory on why Mum’s food is always the best. There’s chat about her love of radio and her mission to add light and love into the world. On the menu we’ve got tantalising Tacos with Salsa and a Pork Pozole Rojo.

@rubybhogal heads to meet Mickey at @breddostacos who is making a mouth-watering meat dish and gives a masterclass in chillis. Mickey’s key to cooking is patience and love… just wait, it makes Ruby very happy! So much so she creates her take on a Mexican classic – Esquites, perfect for any occasion and in the fabulous setting of @flatironsquareuk.

There’s dancing, there’s singing, there’s laughter and pure joy – all being served up this Sunday at 11.30am on @itv!

Raymond Blanc’s Royal Kitchen Gardens continues and this week @raymondblanc visits the very special @highgrovegarden, the private residence of Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla. Home to impressive gardens which are organically managed, and important craft training workshops run by @kingsfdn, it truly is a wonderful place.

Raymond chats to gardener Mel about the organic principles of the estate and meets up with Kasia to explore the dye garden and learn a little about the training programmes on offer. All of that plus two delicious dishes celebrating simple produce with big flavours. Just scroll to see the photos, you won’t want to miss it!

Join us on Saturday lunchtime at 12.40 on @itv and you can catch the whole series on @itvxofficial.

I urge you not to miss tomorrow’s episode of my @itv show, “Raymond Blanc’s Royal Kitchen Gardens” at 12:40pm.

I visited @hillsboroughcastle, official Royal Residence in Northern Ireland. The gardens were stunning, a lovely place to lose yourself in the tranquility of the grounds.

I also learn about the history of the house, visiting the magnificent state dining room where in 1953 the Coronation banquet menu for our late Queen Elizabeth II was written in French. 🇫🇷

I also cook some dishes inspired by the produce grown including my summer fruit gratin & poule au pot.

Bon Appétit.
