**Attention Students**
Apologies for the late notice. Tomorrow we will be closed. Al and I will be getting on a plane for his fight on Thursday for @bellatormma
The schedule will be adjusted while I'm gone. It will be open gym. Work with each other or come by to use the facility. Also, while im away the 2 day free trials for new students as well as drop ins will be put on hold (no exceptions). And finally.. NO SPARRING, under any circumstance. I dont care what coach @eddie804 tells you... Work hard while im away.

Good start to the week. Training was good tonight (afternoon as well), got everyone thinking about the mechanics of an actual body in front of you, and finding your distance. Some drilling with the late class last night. Dont forget we offer 4 adult classes a day. 10:30, 12, 5:30, and 6:45. All around great training yesterday. Mornings have been a bit slower from the holidays and stuff, but that just means more 1 on 1 time for yall that can come. Time to start the week!! We love mondays here. After a sensational first week. We cant wait to get going on our second week. I couldnt be happier with the effort the students are putting forward every day in class. It makes me so happy as a coach to not have to ask for any more effort than I'm being given. Keep up the good work! Remember, first class at 10:30 am. Then class at 12. Kids class at 4:30 (still looking for youngsters who are hungry). Then adults at 5:30 and last class at 6:45 pm. Your head trainer haha. Dont get it twisted tho, I've bled for this and paid my dues, gaining knowledge to pass down to my students. I'm so ready to begin the journey. So far we've got heavy bags, thai pads, mitts, kick shields, belly pads and so so so much more. Gonna make this, a gym with plenty of equipment for you guys. **SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT ** I'm pleased to announce to all of you, with the blessing of my kru, my family has decided to open our very own gym, Manny Mancha Kickboxing Gym. The gym will be located in Fresno, Ca with more details of the location to come. This was a major influence on my retiring early, as I wanted to be able to give my students my full attention, and focus on their training. This will be a facility that will be for all levels. I'm excited for this journey with all of you and will be posting more details (location address, opening date, class schedules, etc) as they come. (Long read, but read it!!) I feel I've always walked a fine line between being humble and self deprecating, but let me say this. I'm proud of all I've accomplished in my career and the things I've done. I've never shy'd away from a fight, and my whole career has been against top competition (amateur and professional). I just wanted to put on shows and not be boring. I think I accomplished that, maybe to a fault. All of the support I've gotten over the years has meant so much to me, I couldn't even begin to put it into words. So let me say this, thank you to everyone. I've decided to hang up the gloves and retire from fighting. I hope I've made you all proud, and represented America well in my time as a fighter. I think it's time for me to take my next step in life (although I plan to train still to keep in shape). So stay tuned for details. Thank you again to everyone of you so much.
