POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We have a long season ahead.
Tough nights like Monday are part of the process.
Better to take the lessons early, fix the details, and build something solid.
Heads down and we are back next week! ⚡️

Combinations and emphasis on timing of our run to get a finish.

Ball arrives, player arrives!

Great session with the boys last Friday under the lights can’t wait for this week.

"If only I'd found you guys sooner"

One of our most common soundbites.

An elite compliment, but always a reminder we can do more.

The mission was to create an environment where top level players have access to elite professionals in sport science and rehabilitation, no sky high fees, easily accessible, no commitment required.

A base for top footballers to come back to regardless of club or career path.

As we head into the months where injuries spike, if you are someone or know someone in the game that could use our help, forward this on. Tell them to mention you and we'll arrange a full assessment at our center free of charge.

Took the 3 points last week, but we still need to reflect and improve!
Asked the boys what worked, what needs fixing, and what we’re bringing into Game 2.

Which player’s mindset impressed you the most? 👇

Friday nights session last week got popping! Details in this drill, ball speed, soft sets, clearing passing lanes and body angles to receive the ball and play forwards.
