QBs—don’t skip the roller. Using a roller helps: ✅ Improve mobility ✅ Reduce tightness that limits your throw ✅ Unlock smoother, more explosive movement The looser and more connected your body is, the more effortless your mechanics feel.

St. Scholastica QB Eddie Dossantos is back in town and got the full athlete experience at the new location at Forum in Delano! “Now that I’m back home for the month, I stopped in to work with my team at Inspired Athletx who has a new location at Forum in Delano. This place is sweet. My day at Forum was awesome: First I stopped in to see my PT @andrewstelter to get a tune up on my throwing arm, including some dry needling and physical therapy. Then, we went outside on the turf to make some adjustments to my throwing motion. I got in a great workout in the gym and afterwards spent some time hitting golf balls in the golf simulator and playing a couple games of pickleball for fun. I finished up with about 15 minutes in the steam sauna for a post-workout relax and recharge. This brand new facility in Delano was impressive and I’d highly recommend it to any athlete in the area!” — @eddieddossantos #physicaltherapy #sportperformance #athlete #quarterback #sauna #pickleball #golf

Brotherhood waters GROWTH 🥷🏽 ❤️ Real brothers that talk about what they feel with each other that are all walking the same shoes. We play. We grind. We live with our foot on the gas. Had such a blast with all these guys. They mean so much to me and I know this community means so much to them. I know we’re intimidating but if you feel like your journey is lonely or you’re looking to find real stuff behind the curtain you feel like is there, reach out to us. Love you boys #LockedIn4L 🔒🫡🥷🏽✨
