The early off-season sets up everything that comes next.

Our pro guys are starting to roll back in, and right now the focus isn’t max effort training.

It’s about restoring quality movement, building better movement patterns, and laying the foundation for the rest of the off-season.

Mobility work alone isn’t enough.

You have to strengthen and load those new ranges of motion for them to stick and eventually show up at full speed.

We work backward from the date each athlete needs to be ready. Every phase has a purpose and prepares them for the next.

Restore movement quality.
Build strength and capacity.
Develop speed and power.
Transfer it to the field.

The work you want to do later in the off-season depends on the foundation you build now.

Don’t let the early off-season go to waste.

The higher you go, the harder this game gets. Sometimes a coach’s biggest job is restoring belief: belief in yourself, belief you can still get better, and then giving you more than hope, a clear plan to actually go do it.

Yeah. We do

We get that question a lot. “I thought you only worked with ACLers?”

The beauty of being a sports physical therapy practice is that we specialize in what we specialize in because we’re all about high level performance for the athletes that want more

ACLers
Baseball players
Jiu Jitsu athletes
Soccer performance

If you’re a high level performer and a human, we specialize in you

Because, as you can see from this group of beasts, understanding movement is understanding sport

Speaking the language is half the battle

Giving a shit is a must

⚾️ Baseball offseason in full swing

Some getting their rehab dialed in with spring training on the horizon

Some using rehab as an opportunity to invest in longevity and lay a foundation for the next 10-15 years

Some not rehabbing but being proactive and wanting to hone in on the little things that will stack 1% at a time

Regardless, we rehab and train with intention. It’s the only way. High school, college, or professional. Be at the frontlines and stay ahead of all the things
