Deadly Gross ✅

This was a grind.

Undertrained but overconfident probably sums this one up, the boys put an absolute shift in to get us the result that we did 💪🏼

A 12 hour time cap and we managed to complete 12 deadly dozen relays in 9 hours and 24 minutes 😰 my body is screaming at me but what a feeling to get across the line with these machines, up the barn yard ultras 🔥

Shoutout @daisyturner_pt for a just as painful shift as team manager and chief hyper upper 💁‍♀️

That’s a wrap for The Barn Games 2026!

What a day! Safe to say The Barn Games 2026 was one to remember.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part, whether you were competing, cheering from the sidelines, volunteering, or helping behind the scenes. The energy, support and atmosphere you all bring is what makes this event so special year after year.

We loved every minute of it and have already started planning for next year!

A link to all the photos from today’s event will be shared within the next week, so keep an eye out.

Bring on The Barn Games 2027

THE BARN GAMES 2026 is here.

Teams of 3 will go head-to-head to complete the course as fast as possible. Work together, switch smart, and push the pace from start to finish.

500m SYNC RUN
All 3 athletes run together.

STATION 1

8 lengths of tyre flips + 10 lengths of sled push
All 3 can work at the same time across both movements. Split it however you want- just keep moving.

500m SYNC RUN

STATION 2

100ft odd object carry + 1500m row
Team of 3 work together:

* 2 athletes move the odd objects (4 x 25ft each total)
* 1 athlete rows
You can rotate the rower and movers whenever you like- just keep the work flowing.

500m SYNC RUN

STATION 3

100 log squats + 2500m bike
2 athletes perform log squats while 1 bikes.
You can only squat while someone is cycling- so keep it coordinated and keep it smooth. Rotate whenever needed.

500m SYNC RUN

STATION 4

1500m ski + barbell hold
1 athlete skis while 1 holds a barbell off the ground. The third rests or preps to swap in.
No ski without the bar held up- team control is everything. Swap freely.

500m SYNC RUN

STATION 5

60 BAIL BURPEES (wouldn’t be right without them)
2 athletes working at a time, 1 resting.
Switch whenever you need- but keep the reps moving.

FINAL FINISH

500m Wheelbarrow + sandbag carry chaos 😂

* 1 athlete in the wheelbarrow
* 1 pushing
* 1 carrying the sandbag
Rotate roles whenever you want… just don’t put the sandbag in the wheelbarrow.

It’s going to be fun, it’s going to be tough, It’s The Barn Games baby!!!!

Video demos dropping all week 👀

Skiing, rowing, running, cycling- wind, rain, sunshine and good vibes… our Charity Day 2026 had it all!! 🙌

Safe to say that was the hardest one we have done so far 💪 So everyone that completed it should be incredibly proud- I’m sure your bodies are feeling it today 😂😂

Together we raised over £3,200 for Diabetes UK and completed over 4,500 kilometres, it’s safe to say our clients and community really are something special ❤️

We want to thank each and every person who participated in any way, shape or form. It truly is all of you that make the day such a success 🙏

A special thanks to

Don’t ever forget how much we appreciate you all, none of this is possible without you 🫶🫶

Link is still in the bio if anyone would like to donate… trust us, we worked for it 😂
