2026 United States Women’s Disc Golf Championships Finals was a tough fight on our card. It was extremely competitive and everyone shot very well. I shot the hot round again @ -11 but it wasn’t enough to make up for all the strokes I gave away yesterday. I’m very proud of how I played and making it to podium a second time at my second USWDGC. Mad respect to everyone in our division, especially today’s lead card. I feel so fortunate to have the chance to come and be a part of this amazing event. Congratulations to @gianna_discgolf for the win and @genevievediscgolf for 2nd place! Congratulations to everyone who fought their way to the podium! Thank you TDs at all the different courses, volunteers and the Salt Lake City Disc Golf community for hosting all the females @ the 25th annual USWDGC! A big THANK YOU to my sponsors, especially @mvpdiscsports for seeing something in me and for being the main sponsor to the 25th USWDGC @ Salt Lake City! @mvpdiscsports @discgolfdealsusa @cardinaldiscgolf #mvpdiscsports #discgolf #uswdgc2026 #pdgawomen @pdgawomen @pdga @uswdgc

2026 @pdga Junior Disc Golf World Championships ! What an amazing time and experience in Pittsburgh Pa at the Junior Worlds! I’m very thankful for everyone I had a chance to play with this week. I am so happy to have made new friends and connected with old ones from 2 years ago. I cannot wait to see them all again next year! If you’re playing the USWDGC, I’ll see you there this week! Junior Worlds isn’t just about disc golf, it’s about the memories and friends you make! I didn’t win my division but it was the most fun I have had in a long time. Hanging out with kids my age and making memories. Thank you to my sponsors for their support on my disc golf journey! @mvpdiscsports @discgolfdealsusa @cardinaldiscgolf #mvpdiscsports #pdgajuniorworlds #discgolf #pdgajuniordiscgolfworldchampionships #pdgajuniorworlds2026

2026 PDGA Junior Worlds (Saturday) I didn’t make today’s cut but our flight wasn’t until afternoon… so I went and watched as many of the FJ cards as I could playing their final rounds. It was fun following both FJ15 cards, one had my doubles teammate Brooklyn and the other had Journey who I met when we played our first round here. Both cards had a lot of exciting moments and it was hard to try to watch everything happening on both cards. As they finished and awards were being presented I got to see the FJ12 card tee off l, unfortunately I wasn’t able to watch their entire round as we needed to get to the airport. I also was able before we left to see the FJ10s and FJ08s start their rounds, which was cool because a couple of the 10s I saw their final round in Emporia (one even has the sticker I gave her on her basket back home!) and 5 years ago to this day I was the FJ08 also played in Emporia in 2021 so I can relate as when I was their ages I also played. Flew back to Minnesota with no problems and already getting things ready for USWDGC in a couple days (where I hopefully see the course director from the past two Junior Worlds finals courses as she is also playing the event in Salt Lake City). Should be exciting!

🥏🦅 The Red-Tail Royale Recap 🦅🥏 The Red-Tail Royale was one for the books! 🌞 It was definitely a hot day, and battling through the heat over two rounds made every birdie, par save, and finish feel that much more rewarding. Between finding shade, staying hydrated, and encouraging one another, it was a true test of endurance—but that’s what made the day so memorable. One of our favorite things about this tournament is that it’s part of the Birds in Paradise Series, where women from across Southern California come together to compete, support one another, and earn participation and placement points toward the season-ending championship. It’s amazing to see events created by women, for women continue to grow our sport. Congratulations to all of the division winners and competitors! Every division was filled with talented players, great sportsmanship, and lots of smiles despite the summer temperatures. 💙 A huge shoutout to our Birdie Babes who represented us at The Red-Tail Royale! 🥇 FPO • Sheliemae Lai 🥇 FP65 • Terri Reinl-Carver • Carol Robles 🥇 FA1 • Eden Fletchure • Hanna Sandquist 🥇 FA50 • Pam James • Dolonna Brush • Chandelle Butterfield 🥇 FA70 • Joanne Pierson 🥇 FA3 • Tiffany Reed 🥇 FA4 • Sharlene Harness • Megan Alathena Sotelo I’m so proud to be part of a community that continues to support and celebrate women’s disc golf. Thank you to the tournament staff, volunteers, sponsors, and everyone who made another fantastic event possible. Already counting down to the next stop in the Birds in Paradise Series! 🦅🥏💙
