D1 athletes don’t just train harder, they recover smarter 🧠⚽

@edenbretzer plays at Michigan State and breaks down exactly how she manages her body, nutrition, and sleep at the highest level, and when she started taking it seriously.

If you’re trying to play at the next level, this is the stuff that separates the ones who make it from the ones who don’t.

💬 Comment “D1” and I’ll send you the full guide on what college coaches actually look for in a recruit.

The biggest myth about D1 soccer? That ID camps are the only way to get recruited. 🚫

ID camps are useful they test your level and get you in front of coaches. But they’re NOT the only path to a D1 offer.

Most players don’t know the other ways coaches actually find them. 👀

Comment RECRUIT below and I’ll send you exactly how to get on D1 coaches’ radar no ID camp required

She transferred three times.

Every move was intentional. Every school was a stepping stone to the next level. And she has zero shame about it.

Her message to anyone thinking about entering the transfer portal: if it’s not the right fit, there’s a school out there that is. Don’t let fear or embarrassment keep you stuck somewhere that’s holding you back.

Get your highlight film out there. The right program will find you.

Comment “TRANSFER” and I’ll send you the exact highlight video system we use to get players noticed by coaches at the next level.

⚡️ Pre-season testing: come una squadra professionistica americana analizza i propri atleti

In preparazione alla stagione, la società sottopone gli atleti a una batteria completa di test, fondamentali per misurare e programmare la performance:

📊 Test eseguiti:
- 10 e 30 yard sprint → velocità lineare
- no-hand jumps → esplosività senza utilizzo delle braccia
- drop jump → reattività e RSI
- adductors/abductors overcoming isometrics → forza funzionale per stabilità e cambio direzione
- pull ups → forza massima del tronco e braccia
- hamstring strength → prevenzione infortuni e potenza
- overcoming isometrics pulls → forza massima concentrica

Ottimo lavoro!
