Michelle & Brandon’s wedding came with a few unexpected turns, but we couldn’t have imagined a better outcome. 🤍 Just two months before the wedding, we had to find a new venue after their original location lost its permit. Thankfully, @hummingbirdnestranch came to the rescue, and Sitting Bull turned out to be the perfect setting. Serpentine tables and chandeliers were non-negotiables for our couple, and seeing their vision come together was so special. After 20+ years together, they finally tied the knot! So grateful to our incredible vendor team for bringing it all together so beautifully: Wedding Planning + Design: @summersetevents Venue: @hummingbirdnestranch Rentals: @rusticyardevents Florals:@edenflorals.studio Catering: @24carrotscatering Bartending: @tipsy.elephant.mobilebar Photography: @blakecloverphoto Content Creation: @foreveryoursbydianascott Photobooth: @socialproofphotobooth Illustrator: @isjcreative Band: @gtcband Late Night Snack: @innout Transportation: @riztransportation Makeup: @muatiffanyrios Hair: @donebydominiquebaez California wedding planner | San Diego wedding planner | Orange County wedding planner | California weddings | Luxury Weddings | Full Wedding Planning

Two ceremonies at the church and venue, followed by dancing that started before even the first plate was served! For the tea ceremony, Kelly wore a custom áo dài with a stunningly detailed, hand-made cape featuring a phoenix and a dragon. She changed back into her wedding gown to deliver a choregoraphed first dance under the decorations she hand-made herself! We loved just how intentional and organic this wedding day was. They prioritized time spent with their loved ones and had live watercolor artists who painted individual portraits of them and their guests! By the end of the night, things got even more energetic. Both of us love capturing weddings that feel so alive and personal and real, because we want our work and art to reflect these emotions, honest moments, and the beauty of the love of the bride and groom. These are just a few sneak peek photos of this day. One of my favorite parts of a wedding day will always be the reception reveal. 🥹 For Sam & Radhey, we spent so much time creating a celebration that felt colorful, personal, and completely true to them. Getting to walk them into the space and see their reaction to everything coming together was such a special moment. These are the moments I never take for granted. A beautiful wedding is only part of it. 🥂 Of course the design matters. The details matter. The planning and logistics matter. But ultimately, all of those pieces come together for one reason: to create an experience that you and your guests can actually enjoy and remember. We want our couples to be fully present on one of the biggest days of their lives, and we want their guests to leave feeling like they were part of something really special too. If this is the kind of experience you’re envisioning for your own wedding, we’d love to be part of it. We’re now booking 2027 + 2028.
