Summer 2025 ❤️
Got engaged to the loml, wedding of the year, fam visit, workouts, lots of solo park/pool dates, running around the city to get my steps in and watching my cats nap.

And last but certainly not least, a quiet grief. I have chronically over shared online since I got my hands on Bebo at 14 but one thing I never really mentioned was my biological dad, because how do you talk about someone you don’t know? Well, the question is now how do you grieve someone you didn’t know? One thing I’ve learnt over the years of losing people is to embrace grief, no matter how strange it feels. I often wondered if we bared any resemblance and I can see it now. What a shame to discover something too late.

Anyway peace n love, here’s to a busy autumn.

Appreciation post to all my lovely friends I made during my 3 month solo trip 🥹

I was so nervous before my trip that I’d spend the majority of time alone. I knew I had to push myself out of my comfort zone and talk to strangers! Turned out to be the best thing that could’ve happened for me 🫶🏻
