Came back quick after being unable to run before Christmas because of an ankle injury. Happy with the result overall.

Being injured has made me realise how much I enjoy running and also miss it. After 3 months of injury and recovery since my ultra marathon at Curbar edge, I’m so happy to be back running again and in a training block for Barcelona Marathon.
The training block is long and slow but it will be worth it for the long run and ultimately build that fitness and strength ready to tackle the 100 mile challenge again next year.
