We are thrilled to invite you to a very special evening this coming Thursday the 25th as @saintjulivertbk and @lavarany welcome the wine makers from @fedellosdecouto . We have loved and supported these special wines from the Ribera Sacra wine for years! We will be offering a one night only list of all their wines by the glass. The winemaker will be here to discuss these unique wines and this special winemaking region. Reservations are live!

Talk about joymaking…@franklinbbq continues to deliver on BBQ, Hospitality and now sweets and homemade sausage! So fun to visit 10 years later and see a family business so enshrined in their craft and cared for by their team and their community. Disco ball @webergrills and all! Thank you for the food and the hospitality can’t wait to see you @txikitonyc loved our visit which included great drink and stay @carpenterhotel more on southern hospitality soon

@lavarany is a restaurant that we made to disrupt our believed mythologies around specificity over erasure in Spanish regional cooking. The correction resides in personal details; ones that explore silence and story… that make up our sense of history, even identity …returning as we do, we are proud to have influenced and helped set free and bring voice to cooking as research as; progress…to reshape the meaning of concealed evidence and the value of exploring freely, even when it’s not rewarded or convenient. If you care about these things you know what we mean when we say this is a project that tries to find truth in pleasure and like @txikitonyc @saintjulivertbk finds pleasure and playfulness in revealing original and even poetic ways to express hard things. We are dead serious and open hearted.
Thank you for being early to recognize that some restaurants can be first, braver and freer and still be seen.
@michelinguide has recognized @lavarany and our sisters in practice @saintjulivertbk @txikitonyc since it set eyes on NYC. Thanks for remembering to remember the effort of the truly independent restaurant in shaping the trends and conversations that reflect what it is to lead with relief and imagination.
