We’re so delighted to have had the opportunity to be part of the eco print-making process at MICF 2026.

It was such a beautiful experience learning and exploring this technique. Insha Allah, eco print will come meet our meks in one of our future collections! 👀🌿

Can’t wait to see where this takes us 🤎

FIT WARGA EMAS | 3.10.2026 💪🏼

Senaman sebenarnya bukan ikut umur.

1️⃣ Senaman bukan ikut umur

2️⃣ Tahu tahap kemampuan sendiri
Tak perlu ikut orang. Kalau baru mula, start basic. Kalau dah kuat, kita boleh tambah challenge. Jangan takut bergerak.

3️⃣ STRETCHING is a priority
Badan makin berusia memang mudah rasa ketat dan kurang flexible. Jangan asyik fikir strength dan cardio sahaja — mobility dan stretching pun kena jaga.

4️⃣ Kerja rumah bukan senaman 😆
Ya, kita memang bergerak bila menyapu, memasak, sidai baju, kemas rumah. Bagus!

5️⃣ Peluh BUKAN penentu senaman berkesan
Tak berpeluh banyak bukan bermaksud workout tak menjadi.

Jangan tunggu badan lemah baru nak mula.
Gerak ikut kemampuan, tapi terus bergerak. ❤️

Benda yang I suka pasal our community ni, ramai yang memang passionate about wellness.

Setiap gathering, meja mesti penuh dengan homemade kombucha, sourdough, healthy bites, DIY stuff dan macam-macam lagi. Ada yang buat untuk keluarga sendiri, ada juga yang make a business out of it.

I suka sebab bila surrounded dengan orang yang hold the same values, healthy living jadi rasa normal. 😆

Dari sorang je nak scoby, jadi sampai tak cukup mak scoby nak bagi kt semua yg mintak.

Your environment matters.

‘One healthy decision leads to another’
Mula mula beli essential oils je sekali dapat community pencinta pelbagai jenis wellness.

Thankful for these ladies who went all out for our first swap events. ✨✨✨

Not in the video - two ladies who couldn’t make it last minute but still want to bless us with their creations: foot soak infused with Geranium and Lavender essential oils, and scalp care serum made with Rosemary, Lavender, Cedarwood and Peppermint essential oils.

Oh yea, even the strawberry jam and orange marmalade had essential oils in them. Can you guess what oils are they?

Everyone was in love with their swaps they can’t stop talking about it!

The idea was simple - bring anything diy/homemade/homegrown/home-assembled with YL theme, either infused with essential oils or anything natural because that’s what our community is all about.

Then swap with everyone else who came so you go home with a full basket of love from everyone.

Stay tuned for next video on what everyone brought to the swap 🤩

We love vibrant colours on batik. Malaysian batik is well known for its bold and lively colours, that’s what makes it so special. Each piece is hand-printed, giving it a character that truly stands out compared to machine-printed fabrics.

From these beautiful batik pieces, we turn them into our Melati Kurung, a classic Kurung Kedah that our customers absolutely love. It has become one of our best-sellers because of its comfort, versatility, and timeless look.

Our Melati Kurung is running out fast, faster than Usain Bolt! 🤭

So grab yours quickly because this time around, we’re only doing one release for Melati.

Want to try our collection in person?
Find us at Plaza Shah Alam until Malam Raya, and at IOI Mall Putrajaya for Ragam Raya Fest 2026 from 13–15 March. Drop by and say hi! ✨
