EDGE Eindhoven is opgeleverd 🏙️

We are happy to publish photos of EDGE Friedrichspark @edgetechnologies @edgeworkspaces , an office complex close to Berghain in Berlin. We are responsible for the design of the atriums, bike hub and signage. The building has been designed by Graft. The idea was to bring the courtyards that are full of plants and trees organically into the atriums in terms of material and color.

This is what a circular office looks like. 🌱

EDGE Workspaces partners with NORNORM across all our locations.
Today we're taking you inside one of them: EDGE #HafenCity in #Hamburg.

NORNORM's circular furniture subscription model means our spaces adapt as teams grow, without the waste of buying and binning. Less waste. More flexibility.

Location Manager Khaled Al Zarrad and @nornorm_hq's Christina Pechan (Marketing & Partnership Manager) show us around a space where sustainability, wellbeing and collaboration aren't buzzwords, they're the floor plan.

Sustainability. Wellbeing. Collaboration.

Retrofit, Retention, Re-Use: three strategies driving down embodied carbon across our Central London projects. 🏗️

From listed facades to retained concrete structures, we're finding ways to build without starting from scratch.

📍 125 Shaftesbury Ave: retaining 75% of the existing structure while adding 9,000m2+ through infills, extensions and 5 new storeys

📍 Holden House: Charles Holden's Grade II listed facade remains as a new building takes shape behind it

📍 St Giles Quarter: Existing Victorian buildings retrofitted into affordable housing with ground floor retail

📍 19 Charterhouse: 5 new storeys and 2,300m2 of extra floor area, built on the original concrete structure, plus a new rooftop amenity space

Garden glow up loading…

No better time to get a new stone patio for the garden room, our bright versatile event space. Thank you to @macegroup @careyswecare and @edgetechnologies for making this happen, alongside wider garden volunteering for us!

There are some rather excited children waiting to run wild on the patio as you can see and we know our community and visitors will love using it too.
