💡Yo, LAST NIGHT WAS A LOT! 😅🔥 But honestly, I think THIS was my favorite part! I Had to teach @itshimlos ❤️that an old crow can STILL COOK! 🐦‍⬛👨🏾‍🍳😂 Mind you, I was in bed ALL DAY recovering from them dips! 😮‍💨🤣 But that didn’t stop me from showing up and showing OUT! ✨️ When I was younger I use to love to Battle.🕺🏿However, Age definitely has a way to teach you why you stopped. 😂 Listen, the body might need some recovery time, but some of the skills? STILL INTACT! 🙌🏿and anyone who knows me, knows I Never turn down I Challenge lol. 🤣 Overall I had MAD FUN Lastnight though! 🔥The laughs, the vibes, the love, the memories… EVERYTHING! ✨️ Never count the old crow out! I might need a day to recover, but I can STILL throw down in floor.🕺🏿 #HealthHabits ❤️ #FunTimes #LastNightWasAMovie #StillGotIt GoodVibes MemoriesMade 📸🎥

💡You're past will always be part of you're story, but it doesn’t have to write the ending...Yeahhh I'm Outside but Focused 🎯 And September is going great !!!! Someone once told me; One day, the story won’t be about what happened to you...It’ll be about what you did next. It’ll be about how you got back up, found your strength, found your peace, ✨️fixed your crown,👑 and kept it moving forward. 🛣Because the motion 🔥 never stopped. 🤟🏿😎 Instead of constantly pouring into everyone else, I finally decided to pour back into myself 🤴🏿 and growth and transformation has been real.👏🏿 ⛪️ I joined a new church and gained more strength, healing, clarity, and breakthrough from areas of my life where I had been bound for far too long. With the help, guidance, and covering of my new coverings, I’ve been rebuilding myself mentally and spiritually. 🙌🏿 after preaching my last sermon at ReNEWed. 🏋🏿‍♂️ I joined a gym and gained more muscle, physical discipline, and 10 pounds while learning how to eat healthier, smarter, and more intentionally. ❤️‍🩹 I rejoined therapy and have been working on emotional healing, greater self-awareness, accountability, and learning how to forgive myself so I can move forward 🛣 in a healthier way. ❤️after grief, depression, a hard separation, betrayal, loss, and having to bury a son And honestly, I'm learning that sometimes rejection is also God's protection. 💯 Sometimes God allows certain things to fall apart because He needs to get your attention 🙏🏿and redirect your focus 🎯 toward the things that aren't always easy but are necessary. This season isn't about proving anything to anybody anymore 🤷🏿‍♂️It's about rebuilding ME.🤴🏿Mind. Body. Spirit. Heart. I'm still a work in progress, 💯 and I don't have everything figured out yet But I'm healing. ❤️‍🩹I'm growing. 🌱I'm becoming more disciplined, more self-aware, more peaceful, and more intentional about the life I want to live. 👑So keep me lifted,🙏🏿 y'all. I'm still a work in progress, but I'm on my way. And I truly believe my best days aren't behind me… they're ahead of me. 😏✨️ #HealthyHabits ❤️ #SelfCare #SelfLove God1st NewEra MoreLife More Living💫

🚨MEN, THIS ONE IS FOR US. ‼️🔥 💡There comes a point where every man has to be honest about what’s happening on the inside. The struggles we don’t talk about. The wounds we carry. The pressure we put on ourselves to always be strong. Sometimes we need a place where we can simply breathe, listen, heal, and be poured into.❤️ Preserving Life Center ⛪️inviting every man, young and old, to come out for “Miphiboseth Rising: From a Broken Place” Men’s Conference. This isn’t just another event or service. It’s an opportunity to step away from the noise, get in the room, hear from God, gain perspective, and connect with other men who are on their own journey of becoming. 🌱 📅 Saturday, September 26, 2026 ⏰ 10AM–3PM 📍 26 West 128th Street, Harlem, New York Hosted by Apostle Rufus Mahon, along with speakers Apostle Vernel Samuel and Pastor Rashidi Denson. 🔥 If you’re a man who knows there’s more inside of you… if you’re rebuilding, growing, healing, searching, or simply ready for a shift in your mindset come be in the room. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to show up. Sometimes the breakthrough begins when you finally decide to stop carrying it alone.🫂 Tag a brother, a friend, a father, a uncle, a cousin, a husband or even a stranger. And Bring somebody with you. ❤️ It's Gonna Be Epic ✨️ MEN, LET’S RISE. 🦅

The Collection @michaellebson and I created has officially been named a finalist in Beauty Hub Magazine’s Beauty in Motion Awards in the North American Team category! #BIM26 Seeing this collection continue to travel beyond the stage has been so amazing. A lot of late nights, experimentation, trust, and creative risk went into these looks, and I’m incredibly proud of what we created. Thank you to our creative team, the models, and everyone who’s supported my work along the way! #bethlehemhairstylist #bethlehemhairsalon #editorialhairstylist
