This week, members of 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑭𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒔! cast & crew reunited to shoot the debut short film of Dillon Turner (Reed in 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑭𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒔!) 🌴

Chris Pendry returned to produce and assistant direct, Kian Gholi returned as director of photography, Luka Briglevich returned as production sound mixer & operator, and Celeste Stilson returned as a make-up artist. 🎬 Talent included Takashi Ito (Ouma in 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑭𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒔!) and Waseem Zeidan (Cody in 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑭𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒔!).

Filmmaking creates a family, and we were so thrilled to bring some of our family back together to make another film ~

Last night, 13 graduating students performed their Senior Showcase pieces for an audience of casting and artistic directors at Atlanta’s Alliance Theatre! The department would like to congratulate these incredibly dedicated students and thank Professors George Contini and Raife Baker for coordinating such a wonderful event!

And just like that, curtains close on 2025, as well as my time with The Rocky Horror Picture Show with @ugaunion. This show had consumed 5 years of my life and had been such an integral part of my time at UGA. It gave me a place to meet some of my best friends as well as a safe space to let loose and be me. It gave me a network of fantastic people, who I wish I could all tag but sadly Instagram wouldn’t let me tag 60+ people. I began my Rocky journey in 2021 and have held on tight ever since. That small cast and crew of people changed my life and brought me into a world I’ll never forget. Every year since then, my fall semesters have been full of late nights, lipstick, heels and fishnets, as well as some of the most amazing people I think I’ve met ❤️❤️ Every year I stayed with this show I grew more and more in love with it as well and the people I met along the way.

I want to extend an extra special thank you to the wonderful 2025 cast of Rocky and my wonderful co-director @emory.gill.52. I truly could not have made this year as fun and whimsical without their help. I also feel so lucky to have gotten to watch this cast blossom on stage! Im so incredibly proud to be able to point and say that I got to direct you guys! I’m also proud to be able to call y’all my friends. ❤️ It would be impossible for me to go through and list every person who has touched my heart and aided me along this journey but I hope everyone knows just how how much the have made my time at this University absolutely sparkle and guided me through these past 5 years.

Rocky, my beloved, thank you and I hope this isn’t a Goodbye forever! And I hope we all are able to not just dream it, but be it 🫦💄

finally here with my annual rocky post & unfortunately my last :( i’m so grateful for all of the friends i’ve grown to know & love over the past 4 years in my time of rocky at uga. the rocky horror picture show has a special place in my heart and being able to perform it with friends will always be something i’ll cherish & miss :’) thank you for the memories ❤️ (also so sorry if u could not tag u)

I didn’t expect being a giant pair of red lips to mean so much to me, but Rocky Horror has a way of sneaking up on you like that I guess. Being part of this cast and getting to know everyone has truly meant so much. Thank you @emory.gill.52 and @galenoni , and everyone else who made this unforgettable!💋🖤

We’ve dreamt it and now we’ve done it 💋

I could go on and on trying to find the words to say how proud I am of each and every member of this year’s Rocky Horror. I’ve had the absolute privilege of seeing everyone show up everyday with more and more energy, day after day. They have been and will continue to be such an inspiration. I’m so grateful for all of the work everyone has done.

Rocky Horror is such an important part of my life, and I’m so glad to have been able to share it with this group of wonderful people. In whatever you do after this, I know you are going to be amazing.

The biggest thank you to my fantastic codirector, @galenoni , I would have lost my mind forever ago without you. And of course a huge massive thank you to @discotwinkle27 and all of her beautiful techies! Without you there would be no show.
