Growler Gallop is always my check- in race before Free Press! I have a love/hate relationship cause I always wind up proving to myself how strong I can really be through adversity! We repped the @werun313 set real hard and everyone killed it!!! Congratulations to all the runners this weekend!

Mental Health Miles to support my friend @lexblackb and her @nostigmas fundraiser. Great night with the @fleetfeetmichigan community for an important cause. Please reach out to a trusted person if you are struggling. You matter and there are people who are willing to listen and support you. Happy to show @edison.konan some of my favorite places to run in Ann Arbor. Grateful for this run community. #supportoneanother #mentalhealth #checkinonyourfriends #runningcommunity

Life lately has been super busy, but I’m still logging miles in preparation for the @chimarathon in between managing school year prep and BTS pd, fighting off some aches and pains, and life! I went to the @fleetfeetmichigan kickoff for the best team of pacesetters and ambassadors! So proud to be a member of this team!! Sprinkled in birthday celebrations for my beautiful, beloved girls because nothing makes my momma heart happier than seeing my own children growing up to shine their light in the world. ✨❤️ Family time is treasured and a priority. Today I got to spend some time at the @averunnersandwalkers picnic with friends. It is the best part of being in the running community in metro Detroit. You get to know many people from different walks of life and it brings us together! I’m happy to say that I’m getting to be known as “the running mom” of the group and I fully own that- the best compliment! Truth is, I am loving this stage of my life. I’m here to embrace it all! Ended the day with friends at the lake and time with the hubs! Summertime is fading fast…#runningcommunity #runningfriends #supportoneanother #bethereasonsomeonesmiles #runnersnotrunning

Proud to be part of the @fleetfeetmichigan ambassador team!

The importance of running has transcended far beyond the physical benefits for me. It’s become door to community, connection, and belonging.

Since moving to Michigan last year, I’ve been yearning for a new sense of community within the running space. Slowly cultivating it by meeting great people along the way. Now I have the formal opportunity to do so with a great team!

I am honored to meet so many great people of the MI running community. Excited to see how we can help each other and others grow. Further together as always!

Run the 313 5K 👟🏁
Woo! A lil late to the party but I’m super thankful for yall for showing up and showing out this year! This race is special to me! WeRun being the first run club I joined 3 years ago and my second 5K ever! My brother @fatherstretchmybands connected me with the great growing community over at @werun313 ! This was easily one of my favorite races this year! So much fun racing with everyone! So proud of all of the accomplishments this year and I’m very excited to see what’s in store for those racing in the Fall & Winter! Really enjoying post race retail therapy with the gang! Peace & Love 🕺🏽🖤

🏃🏾 EVERY RUNNER HAS A STORY… BUT YOU USUALLY ONLY SEE THE MILES.

Welcome to the first episode of The Human Behind the Run 🎥

Edison is taking conversations out of the studio and onto the pavement—running alongside everyday people and talking about life, good days, hard days, mindset, music, motivation, and what keeps us moving forward.

Because sometimes, the most important part of the run isn’t the finish line. It’s the human behind it. 💯

🏃🏾‍♂️ If you support Edison, love running, or simply believe in real conversations with real people, show him some love!
