❗️ROLANDO NEEDS OUR HELP❗️On Saturday evening Rolando suffered a broken femur while surfing at home in Mexico. Now out of surgery, he has a long and arduous road to recovery. Anyone who knows Poles knows how hard he charges, how tough he is, and how caring and supportive he is of others. With mounting out of pocket medical expenses and no means of working to provide for himself he needs our support. I've attached a link to the gofundme in my bio, as well as posted it on my story. Mindful Apnea Training - It’s like normal apnea training but a little more mindful.

How is it more mindful?

What is mindfulness anyways ?

These days it feels like such a trigger word for some.
For me, it feels like one of the best words to describe what I like to focus on when moving in to these kind of environments.

To be mindful - being aware of something or paying close attention to the present moment.

Together we move in to the water with the breath, focusing on the senses, being aware of the thoughts and story that were telling ourselves and not trying to force our way through anything. Going through the theory and what’s coming up in the mind and body when we’re face to face to stress. Applying ourselves if we feel like we are able to, or making a conscious decision not to do something if that’s what stands true to us as well.

We’re not here to force. We’re here to explore what’s possible.

I’m far from the biggest charger or deepest freediver. That’s not who I think I am or what I’m here trying to do.

What I do believe is moving in to these environments with this kind of awareness allows us to still be scared and move gently with our fears. It also gives us the best opportunity to stay composed, make logical decision and do our best to stay out of panic!

Clean Water Project #22 📍FIJI

For this project, PARGO ambassadors @alan_jr_cleland and @edm_grl Rolando Stanley-Ozuna joined us to help communities gain much-needed access to clean water in 3 separate villages in the Fijian highlands on the main Island.

We provided 200 filtration systems, helping over 1500 people gain access to clean drinking water for the very first time!

Thank you to everyone who has purchased a PARGO product.

The communities were so grateful for their new filters!

We shared some wonderful conversations, and their gratitude for the chance at a healthier life was genuine and heartfelt.
None of this would be possible without the PARGO community.

The last couple days I've been taking fotos, its much harder to try to capture these moments with a drone. Some days I only get 5 -10 decent shots in a 3 hr day of shooting. I miss so many good waves. But I managed to get a few, here they are... @djiglobal #djiair3s
