LA is known to be one of the toughest cities in the world. It’s hard to navigate, hard to make true friends, hard to succeed. It’s a place that will test you and your dreams.

Last week I was blown away by the support that was shown to me. Through the people who actually SHOW UP, to all the people who voted, even to those who support me without ever having met me.

I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. I’m living a life I only dreamed of as a child. I never thought this would be my reality.

Being nominated for this award and just 2% away from winning was an eye opener for me. It showed me that this is where I need to be. This is what I’m supposed to do.

I know I’m still new in music, and have so much to learn and grow, but I love this so much. The energy you give me I will carry with me forever.

Calvin Harris otevřel Beats for Love. První festivalový den ovládl světový DJ

První den festivalu Beats for Love v Ostravě patřil jedné z největších hvězd světové elektronické hudby. Na hlavní scéně vystoupil skotský DJ a producent Calvin Harris, který přilákal desetitisíce fanoušků a odstartoval festival ve velkém stylu.

Areál Dolních Vítkovic zaplnily davy návštěvníků, kteří si užili show plnou světelných efektů, pyrotechniky i největších hitů, jako jsou Summer, One Kiss, How Deep Is Your Love nebo Feel So Close. Atmosféra prvního festivalového dne byla od začátku až do konce elektrizující a potvrdila, proč patří Beats for Love mezi nejvýznamnější festivaly elektronické hudby v Evropě.
