3 Amigos Lithonia High School Science Teachers (1995-present). I met Ms. Kilcrease and Ms. Gilbert in 1995 at Lithonia High School (LHS). They nurtured and guided me in becoming the educator that I am today. We were like family at LHS. I had the best experience there. We loved our students and pushed them to be their very best. Support our teachers because they support are students in becoming who they were meant to be. Our students thrive when they have educators like these ladies by their side.

Last Short Course Meet for these @dekalbaquatics Seniors. Been weird not being able to cheer on their performances in person, but it’s emotional enough sitting at home! #covidswimming #swimfriendsarethebestfriends #gaswimmingfam #gaswimming #peachstateswimming

From Coach Jarrett: I started coaching swimming 5 years ago after moving back to Atlanta from Ohio. It was a way for me to give ack and also fill my time until I found a full-time job. Little did I know, coaching these kiddos would become an incredibly important part of my daily life. The swimmers that I work with challenge me every single day to be the best version of myself and I do it for them. I’m thankful for the eye rolls, the tears, the “whatever Coach” (that I can hear even though you think you whispered it under your breath), the best times, the not-so-great times, the “ah-ha!” moments, the tough sets, the smiles, the laughter, and everything that comes with being a coach. Thank you all for being such a great family and continuing to build upon the legacy of the team that I grew up with. Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Holidays @dekalbaquatics #happythanksgivng #thankful #swimming #swimteam #swimfamily #DAQ #atlanta #georgia #decatur #GAswimming
