A strong finish to the season for Dream 2 Drive at the Hungaroring. 🇭🇺🏁

At just 22 years old, Dennis Schöniger took victory in Race 2 on his Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe debut, while 17 year old Nojus Gerulaitis secured P5 in Race 1. The pair then joined forces for the 1 hour endurance race, bringing home P2 overall to round out an incredible weekend.

A race win, a top-five finish, and a podium to close out the season. A weekend to be proud of for the entire Dream 2 Drive team.

Friends 1st Racing was proud to support the team throughout the event. 🤝

TRIPLE victory at Grobnik in the 4th round of @porschesprintchallenge ! 🏆🏆🏆

Two sprint race wins and then, to make the weekend even more special, taking the endurance win together with @tauras_tunyla

Couldn’t be more grateful to the whole team and especially the mechanics for all the hard work and for giving me such a mega car all weekend. ❤️ @dream_2_drive

Let’s keep this momentum going!

Some races are more than just a competition. They become an experience, a memory, something that stays with you long after the chequered flag falls.

Palanga is one of those places.

The atmosphere, the passion of the fans, the connection with the local community… and then looking around and realizing that you are running a car on a public motorway. Seeing such a unique grid from fully prepared race cars to machines built by hand from road cars, like a VW Caddy or a Lada. It creates a feeling that is impossible to describe. It is pure motorsport in its most unusual and authentic form. The way the fans embrace this event and how much it means to the people of Palanga is something truly special. It is an experience I would recommend to anyone who loves racing.

But endurance racing can be cruel, and sometimes everything can change in a matter of seconds.

This edition of the Aurum started incredibly well. The pace was there, great strategy calls, and everything was coming together - until it wasn't. Heavy rain completely changed the race. With visibility severely compromised, we had an incident that could have ended our race. Fortunately, the team managed to repair the car, and from that moment our only goal was to fight until the end and bring it home. We crossed the chequered flag in P4 in class.

Unfortunately, we also faced decisions regarding the incident that we strongly disagreed with. We fought for what we believed was right, even after the event, providing fair evidence. Motorsport is built on passion, but like everywhere else, experience and fairness are not always guaranteed at every level. What matters is standing up for what you believe in.

Despite everything, Palanga remains an unforgettable experience. Seeing that the strategy worked out for our sister car, who took the overall victory, ahead of GT3 machinery, was an incredible achievement.

From the parade through the city, to the intensity of the race, and finally the celebrations afterwards, every moment was special.
I already miss the noise, the atmosphere, the people, and every minute spent with @dream_2_drive family.
I can't wait for the next #aurum1006kmlenktynes edition.

Pitlane!

Incredible experience but also heartbreaking 💔

After missing out to get a chance to prove myself in Poland also Palanga was not meant to be after we suffered a crash while going strong for the lead.

I hope I can get the chance to prove myself out there, let’s see what’s next ✌️
