Day 1 Backflip
After negotiating my calm and reserved coach to teach me this (he might be too tired to stop my stubbornness), I thought it would be just another training day. It was hard as shifu said but there will always be my day 1. ...

He said I could practice by myself (which I always love training alone) apparently...I was never alone 🤣

Thanks to all the coaches in @themovementplayground for keeping eyes on me, cheering, emotionally supporting from near and far, convincing me to eat before continuing practicing 🤣🌝🐇 I really appreciated 🌸💕

Everyone said it will take like a year to be confident with this move. So. See ya next year. Hopefully ☺️😎

I will be a cool panda one day @edwardpassion

Yesterday, Team MPG joined a Running Workshop + Interval Run with Coach Farn @farnfarnfarn . 🏃‍♂️💨

Beyond learning new running techniques, our coaches also put their sprint speed to the test.

Always learning, always improving for ourselves and for our community. 🙌

After 3 years of practicing parkour, I’ve won my first competition at @themovementplayground🥇

Feeling incredibly lucky to be surrounded by such talented and supportive coaches @rat_bastard.01 @boy_spinboy @edwardpassion who keep pushing me to go beyond my limits every single day.

Also so much grateful to @winsflows, who first gave me the solid foundations and confidence to start this journey.
