I always thought you'd have to drag me off this court. That I could never walk away willingly. But after 23 years I've finally decided it's time.

My bones hurt and my muscles ache. But I wouldn't trade a single minute of it. Don't know when or if I'll ever lace up these shoes again, but until then I am content.

Last season the Phoenix Ascension had their best finishes at the West Cup and the VLA Cup, best franchise record, and best overall finish. Ending the season with a European tour and getting the exposure and experience to play against other national and club teams. What better way to say goodbye?

I've surpassed anything I ever thought possible and thank everyone who has given me that opportunity. Until I find my next passion.
