Spokane, Washington 📍4/8-4/13 Four days. One of the biggest stages in women’s wrestling. Our athletes stepped onto the mat at the Women’s Nationals / World Team Trials and went to work match after match, battle after battle. 💥 High-level competition 💥 National stage experience 💥 Grit, composure, and growth They represented ISI with toughness and discipline, competing alongside some of the top wrestlers in the country. Moments like these are where progress is built and standards are raised. And we’re just getting started. It’s still early in our freestyle season and there’s no pause. Our girls are right back on the mat today for Freestyle State. It was great seeing our college girl Ema Engels getting some big wins at the next level! From Spokane ➡️ back to work. The mission continues. ❤️💙

I am more than grateful for the last 4 years I had the opportunity to spend with this amazing set of girls. I came onto this team not knowing how well I would click with everyone but I have never met a group that made it so easy to be myself. Let alone the amount of confidence these girls and coach’s gave me! Some of the best coach’s I’ve had in my 11 years of playing softball and I couldn’t have asked for more! I hope every single one of you goes on and does great things in life, these are memories I never want to forget!!❤️🖤 Onto the next group!

A huge congrats to all of our athletes that made a Team Illinois National Dual Team and representing our state against the rest of the nation. We had 10 total athletes and 1 coach that all earned their spots on a team! Today we start with 14U in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, and 16U in Salt Lake City Utah! Rooting on both teams on their quest towards two national titles! Greco is today and tomorrow, freestyle will be Friday and Saturday! Juniors and All level for girls will be next week! ❤️💙
