NEW CHAPTER UNLOCKED! ✨🥂

We’ve grown so much since day one, and this special place has been filled with so much laughter, sweat, tears and blood (literally) along the way. 💛

As we march toward our next goal, we want to take a moment to thank every single one of you who has walked through our doors, shared a drink with us, and been part of our journey. Suite115 wouldn’t be what it is today without you. 💛💛

Here’s to more memories, more laughter, and many more happy moments together. Cheers to what’s next! 🥂✨

Xoxo,
The Suite115 Team 💛

Friends appreciation post!💕 I need to go through way more of my photos

You bring light in to a dark place
Walking in light, glowing walking in light
Gold ring around you, the hues of you
The golden sunlight of you

Cool wind following, following after you
Rising for you, your skin beautiful
Everything comes natural, fantastic fan
Rocking, rocking, floating

The bar that's been on the tip of the tongues of industry folks and cocktail enthusiasts alike, @suite115.to has been steadily building a reputation as one of Toronto's most exciting cocktail destinations. With recognition from accolades like @thepinnacleguide and @canadas100best, and menu items that regularly become the talk of the town, it's easy to see why.

A globally inspired cocktail menu that often draws on Asian influences, Suite 115 pairs modern, technique-driven cocktails with thoughtful, expert presentation. Drinks like the Dadar Gulung (last frame), inspired by the Indonesian dessert of the same name, found its way onto the menu through bar owner @oliver_leung_'s family. The recipe was passed down from his mother-in-law to his wife, Felicia, and now, through this cocktail, that tradition is being shared with the rest of us.

Pure joy behind the bar. Our most welcoming, caring teddy bear 🧸 and the best person to chat with anytime, anywhere 💛💛

To e-rock, the Rum King @eerockk 🔥

💛What are your favourite drink(s)?
Southeast Jungle had amazing layered tropical flavours, first drink I fell in love with here.

💛What is your go-to classic cocktail?
It’s very Toronto but margaritas are super easy to riff and are always crowd pleasers.

💛What is your “freestyle” specialty?
The team jokes that I’m the rum guy, but I love making bitter stirred drinks as well.

💛What has been your favourite moment or shift at the bar so far?
The flair event was a ridiculously fun party. Cant wait for the 2 year anniversary✨
