My first full year back in Australia 🇦🇺✨ lots of lows but plenty of highs to keep me smiling wherever possible 🥹 got to travel overseas, got my Canadian citizenship, let people go who no longer served me, found a place, started Pilates again, asked to be a bridesmaid (twice), tried new hobbies, saw Wicked (twice), reconnected with family, went to gigs (but NOT the Eras tour 🥲), said yes more, met my bestos new babies, and made so many new friends! 🩷 thank you to the special ones in my life - you know who you are! See ya #2024… Onwards 202-THRIVE 🙌🏻 #photodump #dump #2024dump #reflection

From tequila fuelled nights to watching you move across the world just before the pandemic hit. So proud to have been by your side through everything in between. Glad we both went alone to a FOH overage 10 years ago 😂
Enjoy this small selection of memories I could find. Happy 30th birthday! Miss you so much! 🥳😘🧁 @effiecalico

(Scary music playing 🎶🎵)
Today we will talk about... MENSTRUATION! 😱😱

Or shall we call it "Monstruation"? The monster, the scariest and biggest secret of a woman's life!
Women often hide it and apologise for it, find different names or ways to talk about it in code so it doesn't get offensive for others...

Seriously... What the hell!?

Sentences like "Those days of the month", "my tummy/belly aches" or "ladies problems" should really disappear from our vocabulary!

🔴 Those days of the month are called 'PERIOD'
🔴 Our tummy/belly is a different part of our body, and it's the UTERUS what it hurts during our PERIOD.
🔴 What we deal with during our PERIOD is not a problem, actually (unless it's a desired pregnancy) we have a problem when we don't have our PERIOD because it means that our body is unwell and it's not able to regulate itself.

Feel proud of being a woman! Don't make it awkward, let's be natural!
It's a bloody natural thing! (Kind of literally! 😅)
