The journey behind "Pied dans l'eau" Ras El Hikma at @palmhillsdevelopments , Designer Nihal Mourad brought together eight cabanas, that began with the definition of home and the root of stillness.

A beachfront 3-bedroom cabana, designed to support human wellbeing. A space that calms the nervous system, grounds you in your true essence, and let the sea become part of the experience.

Across eight cabanas, every material choice, every curve and every quiet corner serves the same idea — earthy textures, natural elements, warm tones, and cozy layers coming together to create a feeling of calm and belonging.

In this episode, Nihal takes us through the journey behind the design — from the first thought to a space where architecture, nature, and stillness meet.

We are proud to unveil our latest workplace project: the new head office for Polyserve Fertilizers at Majarrah Mall, Sheikh Zayed City.
Our design challenge was clear: curate a formal, highly luxurious executive environment while staying firmly grounded in progressive 2026 workplace trends.
Natural oakwood joinery anchors the executive suites and boardroom with tactile warmth and fluid, curved transitions, beautifully balanced by seamless microcement finishes that allow light and pure architectural form to lead.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Polyserve team for their invaluable trust in having Échelle Architects take over this flagship headquarters. It has been a privilege to lead this journey not only as the main architectural consultant and designer, but also across full Project Management and Cost Management (PM & CM), ensuring a seamless delivery from inception to completion.
