You don’t always have to spend 7 hours babylighting your back out to create a beautiful bright blonde 🙌🏽

Working smarter, not harder has been one of the keys to my success. Also, having multiple techniques at my disposal feeds my soul as an artist.. I get too bored doing the same techniques all the time 😝

Why I love #iNOA.

Reflecting on our recent Balayage & Hands-On Master Class at @kuthaus_claremont with my brother @philipwolffhair, I’m reminded of the values that define our beauty industry: KINDNESS & COMPASSION. The event was a resounding success, with tickets completely SOLD OUT!
We were humbled to welcome 50 talented hairstylists from across the US and Canada to join us for a day of learning and inspiration. Our class began with an open discussion, where these amazing stylists shared their concerns about the recent instances of social media bullying and negativity among industry leaders and stylists. It was a poignant reminder of the importance of supporting and uplifting each other, especially during challenging times.
I shared with them my deep love for our industry and its incredible community. The 50 individuals in our class exemplified the best of our profession—loving, kind, and hopeful. As hairstylists, our mission is to enhance people’s beauty and self-confidence, and this extends to how we treat our peers. I am proud to be part of an industry characterized by compassion and respect, and I am committed to fostering this positive environment.
During the class, I demonstrated various balayage techniques using @lorealpro Platine and toned with @oligopro 8N and 8GI with 10N mids and ends. Of course we used @k18hair every step of the way and styled with all @babylissprousa 🖤
Detangling and color melting with @tangleteezer ✨

Philip showcased styling techniques with @designmehair products, and our hands-on session was made possible by @hairartproducts mannequins.
A heartfelt thank you to @victorval for his exceptional hosting and DJ skills, adding to the vibrant atmosphere of the event. Thank you to everyone that came to support and learn 🙏

200k followers. Damn. I feel incredibly blessed by your support. Your likes, comments, and shares mean the world to me. The positive encouragement (even the negative encouragement) fuels my creativity and passion. I truly am proud of what I’ve accomplished still being in my twenties... and if you knew where I came from and what I had to go through to get here, you would be too ✊🏽

Thank each and EVERY one of you for being with me on this incredible journey. I’m looking forward to what’s next 🖤

1 MILLION FOLLOWERS on TikTok! 🥹 I would be nothing on social media with out @instagram 💯 This platform opened doors for me that I could have never imagined. I’ve been able to connect with so many hairdressers and it changed the trajectory of my career. Swipe left 👆to see some clips of my most viral videos that got me to 1MM! The last video is a funny one, but also balloons 🎈 I received from my manager @aditi724 @egadtalent 🥹 Thank you for being a friend and confidant since 2018 😭

7 THINGS that helped me grow my following:

1. TALK IN YOUR VIDEOS. Let people get to know you. Stop worrying about what you think is "perfect" and just be YOU.
2. Post longer videos and try and teach people something or inspire them.
3. Post almost everyday and reply to as many comments as you can. Let your followers know that you appreciate them.
4. If you post a video of something you are proud of and it doesn't do well, reinvent it and post it again.
5. If you get burnt out take a break and come back with a fresh perspective.
6. Support fellow creators and show them love regardless of what brand they support. We are stronger TOGETHER.
7. LAST BUT NOT LEAST: Know your worth and don’t let people use you or take advantage of you and your integrity. BECAUSE THEY WILL TRY. And when you call them out on it you will most likely be met with resistance and they will try to dim your light. Don’t let them. Forgive them and apologize. What could YOU have done differently? Have no expectations. I have found that people who hurt you rarely take accountability and will instead gaslight you and play the victim. That’s ok. Don’t let them stop you! Use it as fuel to achieve your dreams and wish them well. The only person stopping you from becoming who you were always meant to be is YOU ✨ I want to thank every person that has engaged with me and supported me with love and opportunities all these years. The best is still yet to come 🥹🫶

another 𝖨𝖭𝖣𝖤𝖯𝖤𝖭𝖣𝖤𝖭𝖳 sold-out masterclass. Thank you Boston and everyone who flew in to attend. I taught this class after traveling 36 hours from Asia and although it was not easy, it was beyond worth it. I always move with emotion, integrity, and authenticity.. in everything I do. People can feel when something’s authentic, and they can feel when something is not. This is was another special day.. thank you for all of the kind, vulnerable feedback regarding the class. Thank you @k18hair for supporting us with the best products in the world.

Next and final chance to attend a workshop
10/30/23 Grand Rapids, Michigan. only a couple tickets left

Hi 👋 to all my followers! To the 100k new followers that joined the party this year and to my loyal hairstylists and friends who have been here with me since the Brazilian & B3 days 🥹🙏 I appreciate every single one of you more than you know 🫶🏼 I just had an incredible summer and hope you did too! Took almost a month off and ran away to Europe with my husband Jorge 🖤 Spent time with friends & loved ones. Had a sold out education event with my brother @philipwolffhair in LA 🐺 & got to see both Taylor Swift & Beyoncé in concert! With all the craziness in the world it felt great to unplug and enjoy life while doing what I love: HAIR.

We were able to save a few amazing women from hair disasters 🫣 and hope to do more content like that soon! Last year or so was so tough. I had a lot of negative people disguised as allies around me, something I find can happen frequently when you find success in the industry. But I’m learning and growing. Becoming stronger and smarter so I find grace.

On this platform you will find fun & educational hair videos and inspiration. I feel like if I can teach you one thing on here, Inspire you to grow or even make you smile, then I’m doing my job. We have two more master classes this year and it’s been a joy meeting so many of you on the road. Look out for subscription here this month. It will be content to help you grow your social media presence exclusively to subscribers. I’m nearing 1 Million on TT 🥹 and have a lot to share. I will also be with my @k18hair family in Myrtle Beach and Lake Geneva this year. With my @matrix fam in Dallas and Tulsa!

Working on both US and international tour for next year with Philip and we have some huge surprises in the works so stay tuned 👀 Thank you again for all of your love and support! I feel your love!

A huge gracias to my brands K18, Matrix, @booksybiz @bellamihairpro AND @babylissprousa 👏 I just joined their amazing team September 1st! Our industry is the best in the world. Follow your dreams besties! ANYTHING is possible if you believe in yourself and put in the hard work. I love y’all 🫶🏼 - Alfredo

After exactly 3 years living in NYC 🗽 I have decided it’s time to leave the big Apple 🍏 and move back to sunny ☀️ Los Angeles! We are about 10 days until the move and I’ve been reflecting quite a bit on my time here. About a year ago I got some really devastating news and it really knocked me out. I felt alone and defeated. I know we love to show only the good stuff on social but I was really down. Really lost and hurt. The reason I tell you this is because a year later I am happier than I can remember being in a long time. Everything is SO CLEAR and I’m manifesting and creating a career and life of my dreams. Sometimes we think we know what we want, but in reality we need to take a step back and let the universe light the way ✨ This too shall pass! If you may be struggling and feeling hopeless just remember it will pass and everything is temporary. Even the good. So enjoy each day, moment and don’t take the good times for granted. I say that for myself too!! I will always love NYC and it’s been a part of my life since I was very young. But I realized I am a California boy through and through and we can’t wait to get back to our family and friends 🥹 To the amazing people that loved and supported me the last 3 years I have learned so much from you and feel I have made some friends for life. ALSO to the people who first believed in me and opened the doors that led me into the last 5 years… brought me to my first photo shoots and supported me…. I am forever grateful 🥲 You know who you are. I love seeing you all shine ✨

This biz can be tough y’all but I wouldn’t change ANY of it. We are part of the best industry in the world and I think we are in a very exciting time where hairstylists are changing the game like never before.

See you soon LA 🌴 ❤️‍🔥
Now lemme get back to packing these 📦 😫🤪
