🍏🥕🍋 IT’S OFFICIALLY JUICING SEASON, MY AMAZING PEOPLE!! 💜🥰Before we jump into the hustle, bustle, and indulgences of the holiday season, how about we take a moment to pour something GOOD back into ourselves? And I mean that LITERALLY! 🥬🍍 Fresh juicing has been one of my favorite ways to reconnect with my health and become more intentional about what I’m putting into my body. When made with fresh fruits and vegetables, juices can provide a beautiful infusion of: 🌱 Vitamins, minerals & antioxidants 🌱 Hydration and plant-based nutrients 🌱 Nutritional support for your overall wellness 🌱 An opportunity to slow down and become more mindful of your eating habits. As we move closer to the holidays, I want to encourage you to start prioritizing your health NOW. 👉🏽Don’t wait until January to begin taking care of the body that’s carrying you through every season of your life. 🥰💜 LET ME MAKE YOUR NEXT JUICE RESET WITH LOVE! ✨These tasty fresh juices are made with real fruits and vegetables. No unnecessary additives. Just fresh, colorful goodness prepared with intention. 📩 DM ME “JUICE RESET” and let’s talk about getting some fresh goodness into your wellness routine! Because putting yourself FIRST is not a seasonal resolution. It’s a daily commitment. 💜 ✨💜Heal’n In Motion | Coach Chelli B Every step forward is a step back to your heart. #sober #healing #fyp #juice #reset

🥰💫Hey, my amazing people! Here’s the homemade high protein granola I make for snacks throughout the week. I love mine extra crunchy, so I bake it at 325°F until it’s golden brown. 🥣 Ingredients: ✨ About 4 cups of oats ✨ 1 scoop of PB protein powder ✨ 2 scoops of your favorite protein powder ✨ Cinnamon, to taste ✨ A generous handful of chopped walnuts ✨ Organic maple syrup, enough to moisten the mixture How to make it: Mix the oats, protein powders, cinnamon, and walnuts. Pour in the maple syrup and stir until the mixture is evenly moistened. Spread it across a lightly sprayed baking pan, then bake at 325°F for about 45 minutes. Keep an eye on it toward the end so it reaches the crunch you like. Let it cool, then break it into pieces! #healing #healthy #homemade #granola #fyp

🥕🍏 Fresh juice played a powerful role in my sobriety journey. 💜 As I began removing alcohol from my life, I became intentional about replacing it with choices that nourished my body. Juicing helped me flood my system with hydration, vitamins, and nutrients and it gave me a healthier ritual to focus on when cravings showed up. 🫶🏽It wasn’t just about what I was removing from my life. It was about what I was finally pouring back into myself. 🙏🏾✨ 🍏🍋🍍I’m bringing that part of my healing journey to Rise & SHINE: Return to Your Heart! Stop by my fresh-juice table to enjoy a FREE sample, discover your favorite flavor, and purchase a bottle or a few to take home! 🧃💜 📅 Sunday, September 20, 2026 ⏰ 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. 📍 Rhodes Jordan Park, Pavilion 3 🧘🏾‍♀️ DON’T FORGET YOUR YOGA MAT!!!!!☺️ 😋Come taste a little healing in every sip.
